If you are looking for the place to stay closest to the casino, this is it!

Cons:

There were police cars in the parking lot. People being arrested. Gamblers from the casino lurking around. I was told cars get broken in to every night in the parking lot. It was not my scene.

Everything, the staff was rude, they all need to be trained in customer service and how to better explain that the rooms do not come with anything except towels. Although we saw housekeeping,the hallways and stairs were dirty,the same things that were sprinkled down the stairs were there all week. The floor in our room was filthy, the bathroom had mildew on the calking, the shower curtain was super short, so the shower would splash the floor. We had to ask for everything, EVERYTHING. THERE WASN'T EVEN A BAR OF SOAP!!! JORDAN at the front desk was extremely rude! JORDAN wanted me to make sure that I knew his name for the review. It set the tone for the week stay. We will be sure to never stay there again and we will tell our friends and family to avoid it. Broken car window glass in several places in the parking lot did make us fearful to park at night. Overall an uncomfortable stay.
