Overall, a really good place to stay if you need the extra space!
Pros:

The location is great! Very close to Newport and Cincy! The continental breakfast is really good. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond for the guests. The hotel has a very nice pool and we thought the outdoor patio with grill was very nice for groups. Great idea! Our room was spacious and had lots of closet/dresser space. LOVED the shower!

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of the futon as a bed. A mattress pad would have been helpful for comfort. Also, the air freshener in the room made me sneeze a lot. It smelled like a strong candle had been burning in the kitchen. We opened the window to get fresh air but the scent lingered.

Si vas a visitar los museos de el Arca y de la Creacion, este es el mejor lugar para quedarte, no esta lejos de los museos.El sitio es muy comodo, limpio y buena ubicación, pero lo que más nos gustó a mi y mi familia fue la atencion, desde la recepcionista y la persona encargada de el área de comida, April, creo que era su nombre, muy atenta y amable, recomiendo el sitio 100%.

Hotel is cleaning comfortable and I definitely stay again however they need to enforce a little bit of quiet hours
Pros:

The room is large clean, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very kind.

Cons:

One of the rooms down the hall played music all night. Literally at 4 AM. It was blaring and I could hear it clearly and it never stopped.

Diamond Quality don’t miss it!
Pros:

Like home! Very comfy and welcoming. Felt safe. Very nice to be able to borrow movies! Super cute place! I’d stay here over and over if it was on my route!

Very welcoming and friendly!
Pros:

It was like being at home the staff were amazing made us feel welcome! The breakfast was fantastic and the location is great. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was worth the price.

Cons:

The pool wasn't open but not a huge loss.
