This place got me through the night alright. You almost get what you pay for.
Pros:

The bathroom had been recently updated and fully functional. The TV was large and they didn't have the modern UI, it was good ol' regular cable TV. For the short time I had a signal. 😒 I was able to pay at check-in, which was nice. Free parking in back. Close to the Art Museum.

Cons:

Old, former office building perhaps? Desperately in need of modernization. Visited during the Heatwave of 2026, the room A/C was NOT up to the task of cooling the room. I slept sideways on the bed in front of the A/C unit, just to be able to sleep in the heat. Not your fault, not my fault either.

Pros:

Pure 2 star hotel, though the room size was ok. Parking exists for guests.

Cons:

There no facilities in the hotel. The conditioner worked very bad. The same was with the stream in the shower.
The hotel is far from the tourist attractions

A very good deal for the price.
Pros:

Although it’s not downtown Philadelphia, it is near a trendy fun neighborhood. The rooms are spotless clean and comfortable. We came for a spring regatta and hotel is 15 minutes away by car.

Front desk staff was excellent!!

Cons:

Sheets on the bed had a few stains. Ceiling in room needed a better cleaning.
