Great hotel in a perfect location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. The room was spacious, very clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day. Towels and bed linen were regularly replaced, and the complimentary water and coffee supplies were replenished daily, which was a very nice touch.

The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring New York City. The location is another huge advantage — perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city.

We also really appreciated that the hotel provided umbrellas for guests on rainy days. It may seem like a small detail, but it shows great attention to guest comfort and service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Broadway Plaza--comfortable, convenient, quiet, clean, and welcoming.
Pros:

From our first interaction with the staff through checkout, they were cheerful and helpful. We were delighted with our room, which had a large balcony with a view of the Empire State Building and other beautiful architecture in the area. We enjoyed spending our downtime sitting outside, getting fresh air. We were amazed at how quiet the room was when we shut the door to the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp and not scratchy. The shower, though small, had nice hot water and good pressure. The hotel is very close to the subway, so it's easy to get where you want to go (we were in town for a show at MSG, which was only a short ride away). Madison Square Park is nearby and a beautiful spot to take breakfast or lunch. We would absolutely stay at the Broadway Plaza again. In a city as big as New York, finding a hotel can be an overwhelming task, but you can feel comfortable booking. It's great.

Cons:

We were incredibly pleased with our stay, and I don't have any serious concerns to note. The only thing that crossed my mind as a potential issue was that the shower might be tight for those with larger bodies.
