Pros:

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is very close to local diners, stores and things to do. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was not completely clean upon arrival, such as the floor being a bit dirty and the bathroom drain didn't work well. There is very little space to put any personal items, which would be difficult for anything more than an overnight stay as there are no dressers or drawers. Also the soaps provided were very small and are only good for maybe one person.

I honestly thought that I might be given a reduction in my price because of the dirtiness of my room
Pros:

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Other guests at the hotel were disappointed too when they came down.

Cons:

When I first got to my room before I even unpacked, I discovered a long hair on my pillow and a stain on it. The next morning I took one of the plastic liners out of an unused garbage can to use to put my dirty laundry in because none was supplied for me and under the plastic liner of the garbage can in the can was two different sticky, gloppy substances; very disgusting.

The night ended HORRIBLY
Pros:

The pool was nice my kids enjoyed it!

Cons:

I left to go out to the club as it was on the eve of 4th of July and staff assumed I was gone for the night and when I got back at 1am there was someone in my room where I still had left stuff inside and had not done the proper checkout. They even kept my $20 refundable fee l. Will NEVER GO BACK. Extremely embarrassing and no one had answers !!!

Adequate. Room was clean.
Pros:

Not a very good breakfast. Not enough variety.

Cons:

No shampoo or conditioner in room.
Only one chair. Two chairs with a small table would be nice.
Better t.v. channels.
There was no box of kleenex in room.
Only a closet there was no bureau or drawers for clothes.

Cons:

Not that clean, exterior doors do not lock at all, complimentary breakfast should not be offered. There are no actual enjoyable breakfast items at all

Make people who are actually paying feel welcomed
Cons:

I didn’t like how we got treated the pool hours
It’s ran like a shelter and the people and staff made me and my son uncomfortable as if we were bothering them cause they live there. I asked the front desk about pool hours and I got attitude.
