Ideal for a one/two nighter but price quite high.
Pros:

The Broadstone suite was lovely. The bathroom was very spacious as was the lounge and the bedroom. Bed was comfy. Large TV, plenty of sockets. The complimentary body wash smelt lovely. The room was very hot but there was a fan available in the room which was very good. Staff on reception were very friendly.

Cons:

Alarms going off through the night which was unnerving as not sure what they were but heard another guest complaining about fire alarms. WIFI was not good enough for me to do my work. Breakfast buffet cancelled on the first Moring due to low number of guests so had to order with waitress which would have been fine, but no menu of what was available to order. There appears to be some improvements going on in the hotel which was quite noisy throughout the day, but not really an issue as it stopped at a reasonable time.

Pros:

This is such a nice hotel. I think it's probably had a bit of a re-vamp. The decor is exceptional. The room was really nice, it felt high quality. The restaurant served up delicious food too.

Cons:

A little surprised that the restaurant kitchen closed at 19:30, but it wasn't a big issue. It will be even better when the leisure centre is back up and running.

Great stay and an amazingly priced suite!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated and the suite we had was very spacious.

Cons:

Only downside is that the leisure side of it is currently closed but that’s due to a refurbishment ongoing until August.

Everything was just so nice and I would happily book again i felt so welcomed by the staff and the girls on reception was so nice and friendly

Cons:

Couldn't open the window. Went downstairs to report it at around 23.30. and there was nobody about. Reported it when we checked out, only to be told " I bet it was boiling" no apology! Not happy.

One towel for a double room. Room dirty. Accused of smoking and being charged for supposedly smoking in the room when people were underneath a window smoking all night

It gave us a bed for the night
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing a refurb which makes it look a bit shabby in places. The room we stayed in had recently been refurbed and was clean and functional. However it was extremely dark as you could not open the blinds as you were completely overlooked. Room was basic and lacked character it felt like a dorm. Bedding was cheap. It just lacked personality. Hotel has massive potential but feels like upgrades have been done on a budget. But I would not say don’t stay at this hotel as there was nothing fundamentally wrong.
