Beautiful building inside & out. The decor throughout is absolutely stunning. Superb staff from Mohammed at the front door who gave us such a warm greeting to Gavin at reception who was superb!!!!

Hotel is a very bad service. Personal are not friendly . I was there 3 days and I don’t feel welcomed and safe. I don’t feel safe there. Security should make you feel
Safe in the territory of hotel but they do they job very bad and I have a very strange situation with one of them in 3 th day of my stay . He followed me with all his rudeness . So 100% it’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s dirty everywhere. They have a problems with water in the rooms and didn’t fix it on time. . The worst experience in my life. Never again!!!

Wer den Geist von Good old Europe spüren möchte ist hier richtig, auch wenn europäische Gäste
kaum noch wahrnehmbar sind.
Da fällt mir nichts ein. Ich suche auch nicht das Haar in der Suppe.
