Every interaction felt natural, warm and perfectly executed. Nothing ever felt rigid or transactional — only thoughtful, gracious and incredibly fluid. From the concierge team to breakfast service, housekeeping and the Aman Spa, every detail contributed to what felt like a rare form of modern luxury: effortless comfort.

The Connaught does not simply offer a stay — it creates a feeling. We left genuinely rested, inspired and already dreaming of returning.

The Connaught is well worth the hype. It will remain a favorite place to stay when in London.
Pros:

The location in Mayfair was convenient to everything we were visiting. Each and every staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. The restaurant options were amazing as were all of the on-site amenities.

Cons:

The classic luxury and overall hospitality was impeccable.
