Very noisy, we had a service years outside our room and blanked out windows

It's the little things that The Savoy gets right, attention to detail, comportment of staff etc.
It is expensive, and I understand that it has to be to maintain those standards. I would have felt good if the second cup of coffee at breakfast had not been charged. I know it's a la carte, but a second coffee......

Everything. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and made you feel special. The location is perfect for getting around London, with easy access to public transport or on foot.

The staff in every part of the hotel, who were unfailingly cheerful, personable and helpful.
Our advance booking of a celebratory afternoon tea was mistakenly in for the previous day. Fortunately the staff were quick to rearrange our booking, but this might not have been possible on another day. As we were resident in the hotel at the time of the mistaken booking, a call to our room could have alerted us to the error and spared us embarrassment and anxiety when we turned up for the meal the next day.

Ontbijt was echt heel erg goed! Prachtig klassiek restaurant. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! De kamer was mooi en zeer ruim en schoon. Heel erg fijn bed en heerlijke grote regen douche!

The location was easy to find and we were able to leave our car for it to be parked for us which saved us the stress of finding parking.
Our room had everything we needed it was very comfortable. I was so pleased to see the element of cleanliness as one would expect but is very important to us.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble the food was exceptional as were the wine and cocktails.
I can not say that there was anything we didn't like it was perfect for us. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to going back again soon.
This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. We were here for our anniversary and we were completely spoilt. Every member of staff we met knew it was our anniversary and went out of their way to make it feel even more special
