Disappointing customer service did not make us feel valued:

Cons:

Service was not attentive at all. Second time at this hotel, but we will now be going back to The Langham as our London hotel of choice.
No acknowledgment at all from doormen going in and out, perfunctory service from front desk staff. All incredibly impersonal.
Clearly relying on influencers and past glory. Dreadful influencers in the restaurant, obsessively taking selfies to the detriment of other customers’ experience and no intervention from staff.
A real shame because the pool is lovely, location amazing for the theatre and the public areas are beautiful.

Cons:

The amount of water supplied is too little. There is no variety in the snacks kept in the room. Some fruit and cookies will help.
