Villa Belrose is one of those very special places you never really want to leave.
We have been returning year after year, and what makes this hotel so exceptional is not only its beautiful setting, but above all the people. From the moment you arrive at reception to the shuttle service and every interaction in between, the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The service is warm, attentive and personal without ever feeling forced.
At the heart of Villa Belrose is its General Manager, Robert van Straaten. His passion for the hotel is something you can truly feel. He is incredibly dedicated, always approachable and flexible, and somehow always finds a way to make things possible. He doesn’t simply manage Villa Belrose – he gives the hotel its personality and soul.
There are many beautiful hotels in Saint-Tropez, but very few have this special feeling that makes you want to return again and again. Villa Belrose has become one of those places for us.
Every year we are excited to come back, and every year it is genuinely difficult to leave.

The hotel was absolutely incredible. The concierge were extremely helpful with all of the restaurant and beach club bookings. The staff provided an outstanding level of service. The hotel views are the best in st Tropez. The pool area was amazing. We will definitely be back, thank you for best holiday ever!

Lobby, Concierge and Breakfast Staff were all awesome!
Housekeeping and Pool Staff were not well trained and there were multiple service issues . . . all eventually resolved but were unexpected hiccups for a hotel at this level . . .
Having a big buffet breakfast with custom ordering and then charging $15 extra for 2 small pancakes seemed ridiculous . . . Happy to pay for whatever at a luxury resort, but really?
Amazing hotel, wonderful view. Michaela and Carolina were amazing, we had a great time. Concierge services could be better, but overall experience was amazing.

For the 5 star hotel they were not flexible with checkout even for 1 hour, despite the fact I was a customer second time and even recommended my friend to stay there. They could not wait till I pack, would call me and come to the room every 10 min.

Stayed 5 nights for my best friend's wedding and had an incredible stay. The service and staff were so friendly and attentive. Our room was incredible and always tidy when we came back. They have a fantastic shuttle service that will take you into town which is just 5-8 min away. Highly recommend!
