Pros:

Das Hotel insgesamt macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und liegt gut erreichbar.
Eine schöne Dauna- und Gartenanlage ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel.

Cons:

Als wir monierten, dass das von uns gebuchte Zimmer zum Parkplatz und nicht zur Poolseite gelegen war, wurde uns ziemlich schnippisch darauf geantwortet.
Auch im Restaurant waren die Mitarbeitenden nicht sonderlich gastfreundlich.

Overall, a pleasant, enjoyable stay, but unfortunately not worth the price.

Nice pool and spa facilities. Friendly staff. Beautiful garden and scenery.

Cons:

There are genuine shortcomings in the service, such as long waiting times and being forgotten during dinner service. The pool area was overcrowded, presumably due to day-spa guests. At this price point, there should be sufficient space reserved for hotel guests. The dinner portions were very small. The quality was good, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was significantly overpriced for what was offered.
There are still many outdated and unrenovated areas that detract from the overall charm of the property, even though it is clear that considerable effort has been made in parts to create an attractive and appealing resort.

Schöner Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Schönes Haus in einem der schönsten Flecken Bayerns. Lage wunderbar am Murnauer Moor, herrlich ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, etwas verwinkelt.

Cons:

Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß, aber wohl aus Platzgründen nicht anders machbar.

Ganz gutes Hotel. Würde aber nicht mehr hinfahren

Cons:

Extrazahlungen obwohl das Hotel preislich schon im hohen Bereich ist. Hund: 30€ die Nacht / Parkplatz :13 €.

Wunderbar gelegenes, sehr schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer. Super Lage. Traumhafte Außenpool. Tolle Sauna und Dampfsauna. Sehr schöne Anlage.

Cons:

Leider auch nach dem zweiten Aufenthalt dort muss man sagen, dass das Restaurant zum Abendessen horrende Preise hat und leider gleichzeitig keine besonders gute Qualität. Ich bin bereit an den hohen Preis zu zahlen, wenn die Qualität dann auch außergewöhnlich ist. Das ist leider nicht der Fall.
Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen gut.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Unaufmerksames, eher unfreundliches Personal.
Schlechte Gastgeber.
Ich habe mein Auto vor die Haustür geparkt und das Gepäck selbst vom Auto genommen. Das Gepäck habe ich stehen gelassen, während ich das Auto geparkt habe (15-20 Minuten).
Niemand hat mich gefragt, ob ich Hilfe brauche oder zu welchem Zimmer ich gehöre.
Beim Frühstück wurde ich und meine Familie vom Personal eher unfreundlich behandelt, da wir nicht Deutsch sind.
Eine ältere Dame hat sogar sehr böse meine Kinder angeschaut, als sie eine andere Sprache gehört hat.
Im Jahr 2025 warten manche immer noch auf A…
Frühstück: Zu viel Wurst (Schwein).
Der Lachs war zu dick geschnitten und eher unappetitlich.
Das Personal ist traditionell in Tracht gekleidet, das ist natürlich schön. Aber die junge Generation mit Turnschuhen und dicken Socken, wie auf den Wies’n, in einem 5-Sterne-Haus ist ein No-Go. Ein bisschen mehr Respekt für die Gäste und den Arbeitgeber wäre wünschenswert.
Ältere Damen mit einem großen Dekolleté sind auch nicht das, was ich gerne sehen möchte, um ehrlich zu sein.
In einem 5-Sterne-Haus sollte man dezent gekleidet sein; es ist kein Biergarten.
