Séjour sur les hauteurs d'Evian
Pros:

La gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel, le calme de l'environnement, la navette pour les déplacements.

Cons:

On a trouvé quelques fourmis dans la chambre ( passaient-elle par la fenêtre?)

Nous avons été surclassé et avons bénéficié d'une grande terrasse .
Le lit est extra large et très confortable .
L'hôtel est calme, confortable et chaleureux.
La qualité du petit déjeuner et du restaurant en général.

Belle parenthèse/ beaux extérieurs mais chambres pas à la hauteur d’un 4*
Pros:

-L’emplacement sur les hauteurs d’Evian
-Un lieu paisible et cosy (terrasse fleurie/verdoyante),
-très belle piscine et salle de fitness bien équipée
-grands lits et confortables
-petit déjeuner ok sucré et salé
-proximité d’un tennis club

Cons:

-chambre dans l’ancien bâtiment vraiment hors d’âge et pas à la hauteur d’un 4* et du prix: vieille moquette + odeur renfermé, portes pas faciles à ouvrir, fenêtres mal isolées, pas de bureau dans les chambres, poussière dans les placards, pas/peu de lumière dans les couloirs.
Dommage….un coup de jeune dans les chambres et ce lieu serait superbe

Établissement remarquable, lieu historique conservé avec beaucoup de goût.
Pros:

Une vue exceptionnelle, un confort et des équipements parfait. Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Infrastructure très propre et bâtiments historiques rénovés avec goûts. À 200m du funiculaire pour descendre en centre ville, très agréable. Le buffet du matin est formidable, particulièrement Ewa qui sait accueillir et répondre à nos demandes. Il ne manque de rien.

Cons:

Bornes de rechargement de voiture électriques non fonctionnelles.

Cons:

Nach dem Abendessen kriegt mann um 21.00h. nicht mal merkt was zu Trinken .
Wir wollten uns mit einem Schlummertrunk noch in den Garten setzen , aber NEIN das ging nicht , Bar sei geschlossen . Um 21.h ab auf‘s Zimmer wie kleine Kinder .Personal dem zu folge uninteressiert u. zu faul !

100% recommended - wonderful stay

Everything..! This place is the best value for money place I've stayed for a very long time. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice, the room was spacious, the pool and gym were clean, the breakfast was wonderful.

Excelente y lástima estar de paso una sola noche

Es un hotel elegante con cierto aire antiguo pero con una calidad fuera de duda. El sitio es espectacular, habitaciones grandes, bien equipadas, luminosas, camas y almohadas excelentes, inodoro independiente del baño, desayuno abundante y de calidad, sobre todo la bollería de la mejor que hemos probado. Y el personal una maravilla tanto en el comedor como en recepción. Sin duda un gran hotel con una relación calidad precio extraordinaria

Cons:

El parking del segundo edificio es de tierra y piedra por lo que no puedes arrastrar las maletas con ruedas y te ves obligado a levantar la maleta hasta llegar a la zona de entrada al edificio. Son quince o veinte metros pero en caso de llevar una maleta pesada como era mi caso no es lo que más deseas al descargar.

Bel hôtel dans un bel emplacement. Petit-déjeuner pas à la hauteur.
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse. Les bouteilles d‘eau plate et gazeuse à disposition. Un bon lit. Un bon restaurant avec de bons menus

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner absolument pas à la hauteur de l‘établissement. Pas copieux, produits industriels. Vraiment dommage.
