La terrasse pas très propre
Une tranche de fruit et un cocktail par terre...en marchant pieds nu pour la piscine pas top. Et les pétales de fleurs pas balayé

sortie de clim juste au dessus de la tête de lit, décoration très austère, uniforme voire malgré la qualité des matériaux, un ressenti "vieillot", chambre sombre. Petit déjeuner basique /prix . Restaurant gastronomique agréable

Not quite as it used to be
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times on our way south to the South of France and also on our return north to the UK. On this visit we were told the hotel had changed ownership. My comments are the staff were excellent but for some reason it lacked something on this visit.

Stunning location and setting. Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, gorgeous view from the restaurant and pool area. The pool was really well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed and they park your car for you.

Cons:

The TV didn't work but that didn't really matter as we weren't in the room that much.

Stunning pool, great location, lovely reception staff. But food awful and not 5 star accommodation
Pros:

The location is amazing, the pool stunning, the reception staff lovely.

Cons:

The decor is dated and tired. The rooms are very brown and the sofas look 2 star. The food is really bad the chicken tenders had grey chicken. There was no service around the pool you had to keep going to find someone. Everyone Deliveroo food in as the food was so bad.
The hotel is stunning but the rooms let it down. Needs a good bleach and for 5 star sub standard quality of furniture

Pros:

It be great if they could provide a shuttle from down in the old town as not everyone can walk up 210 steps! Continental breakfast very disappointing

Однозначно рекомендую, особенно если в городе на короткое время.
Pros:

Умело отреставрированный комплекс старинных зданий, красивый бассейн, парящий над старым Лионом, потрясающий вид 360 - весь город как на ладони.

Cons:

Немного разочаровал ресторан - все было съедобно, но слабовато для места, рекомендованного Michelin.

Fabulous - just don't eat there
Pros:

The view from our room and the deck was exceptional. The pool was fantastic and the room size was great. The service and welcome by staff was wonderful.

Cons:

Breakfast - the service was shocking. We ended up helping ourselves to place settings and water and the hot food arrived before the breadbasket and coffee. It was a real disappointment.

Wunderschön und traumhaft
Pros:

Tolle Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht.Das Hotel das einen schönen außen Bereich mit Pool und Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind auch traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Check in Zeit erst um 16 Uhr finde ich persönlich zu spät. Trotzdem hat man sich gut um uns gekümmert ( wir haben eine Erfrischung bekommen )
Die Preise in der Bar fand ich nicht gerechtfertigt ( Cola 9€ )
