A lovely bit of Provençal luxury on a busy trip to France.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, set in a lovely Provençal village with lovely shops and restaurants.

This hotel is expensive but is a wonderful experience
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings, great view from our room, lovely bedding towels etc, lovely staff, great breakfast. Really good service. Amazing food in the restaurant.

Cons:

The only thing was no water in the rooms for drinking we had to keep asking for it, and then it was fine…. a small problem.

Expérience décevante, car nous comptions dîner au restaurant l’établissement qui est étoilé au Guide Michelin Mets la cuisine de ce restaurant est basée uniquement sur des mélanges terre et mer
Malheureusement, nous avons dû nous rabattre sur un restaurant extérieur d’excellente qualité cas, su s’adapter à nos demandes. De plus, le petit déjeuner en chambre est assez restrictif une petite corbeille, notamment avec quatre petits morceaux de pain, un pain au chocolat et un croissant. C’est assez Chiche pour un établissement de la sorte.

Perhaps a bit wear and tear but in general the property was kept in a very good shape and clean.

Great service but rooms needing serious attention /
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. Choices ranged from eggs any style and at request, along with a buffet of fruits, cheeses, hard salamis, pastries, breads and yogurt.

Cons:

The property is listed as 5 star but the room is in desperate need of renovation. It needs and update and strong cleaning. The tile floors are probably historic, so I can understand why they haven't been removed, but the chairs and rug were run down. The area rug was badly stained and matted - it should not even be cleaned, but replaced.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, lauschige Ecken draußen, wunderschöner Garten, schöner großer Pool mit vielen Liegen ( wenn auch schon zu kalt zur Benutzung). Schöner Speisesaal und ein gelungenes Dinner ( Michelin Stern) . Sehr komfortable Parksituation

Cons:

Für ein 5 Sterne Relais & Chateau doch recht schlichtes Zimmer, da erwartet man mehr Komfort und Atmosphäre.

Pros:

The grounds we lovely, serene and quiet. Parking was secure and easy. Our only complaint was the front desk staff were not warm and friendly which sets the tone for the property and stay. The dining room staff was very friendly in contrast.

Pros:

I don't usually leave written reviews but want to here. If there was a single thing wrong with this hotel we didh't encounter it. Staff went above and beyond. Personal service was exceptionally well delivered. The facilities not only were well conceived and maintained but significantly contributed to the serenity of place. Small touches everywhere. Truly an amazing experience. Kudos.
