Magnifique pour un séjour de 2 jours!
Pros:

Un emplacement exceptionnel! Petits-déjeuners et restaurant ( le gatronomique) délicieux. Personnel très professionnel!

Cons:

C’est une forteresse, donc il faut accepter qu’il n’y a pas de piscine ni de salle de sport et autres… certaines chambres donnent sur les ventilations des cuisines et autres…. On ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre c’est trop bruyant.

O charme de uma fortaleza do século XVII com conforto do século XXI
Pros:

Tudo, da elegância, da vista, do conforto, do serviço, da beleza, do pequeno almoço, do jantar fabuloso no restaurante gastronômico , da decoração em especial dos tapetes belíssimos. Adoramos também o upgrade, aproveitamos demais a varanda. O charme de ficar em una Fortaleza do século XVII com conforto do século XXI é incrível.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, mas acho que o hotel poderia ter uma piscina.

Fortaleza do Guincho exceeded all our expectations. Its beauty, history, and extraordinary atmosphere left an unforgettable impression on us.

The contrast between the power of the Atlantic, the wind, the salt spray, and the austere architecture of the old fortress — and the warmth, elegance, and comfort inside — creates something truly magical.

What made our stay especially memorable was the wonderful staff. Joana, Bruno, Anabela, Francisco, sous-chef Bruno, and Carlos were warm, attentive, gracious, and highly professional. We felt not simply like hotel guests, but like cherished visitors in a beautiful and welcoming home.

Our dinner was exceptional, and every detail of our stay was handled with genuine care. It was clear that the team does not simply perform a job — they work with love, dignity, and pride.

A truly unique and unforgettable place that will remain in our hearts.
