A little disappointing, so unlikely to return
Pros:

The room was spacious, and the facilities in the room were great, the staff were very friendly

Cons:

While the staff are friendly, they are also not very cohesive. We found quick service for taking our orders to drink, but despite being told we should order at the bar, the bar staff member who took my drink order said they would bring it out to us. 10-15 mins later I went to investigate the delay to see our drinks made and waiting on the bar for my return to re take my room details. I wouldn't have minded ordering drinks, and waiting for them or them being delivered but being told one thing then another leads to the lack of cohesion between the staff.

The hotel is accessed by foot and by car via a automatic gate, that you contact via an intercom, which rings and rings then is answered. Sometimes reception will answer and others although they pick up it's not clear they have. It meant on some occasions two attempts to get into the complex. It was a little frustrating and would have thought room keys or something similar to provide access would be easier.

On our last evening (when were ordered drinks), the bar and restaurant had an event, so we had no option to sit on the terrace. We overheard other guests being given the option to have dinner served in the garden or in their rooms. Not the worst thing for us, but did feel like a slight lapse in service, particularly since the terrace is a lovely space to sit.

このホテルのコンセプトは「宿泊」というより、「滞在」という方が合っている。

Bel hôtel mais service au resto décevant!
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres rénovées sont de bonne grandeur et le lit est confortable. Superbes jardins très bien entretenus.

Cons:

Le service au restaurant de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. Les verres de vin commandés n’arrivaient pas en même temps que les plats et ils ont même oublié le verre de digestif avec le dessert. Même chose avec les oeufs au plat demandés au petit déjeuner: ils sont arrivés 15 minutes plus tard, froids, et un seul par personne plutôt que deux tel que demandé.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage und schönes Zimmer. Freundlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant genügt den Ansprüchen die an das Hotel gestellt werden dürfen überhaupt nicht, ist zwar nett aber wirkt überfordert.
Das Essen ist für ein Haus dieser Art allenfalls als akzeptabel einzustufen. Hier hat es noch einige Luft nach oben.

Very pleasant stay at Chateau Belmont
Pros:

Bedroom was large and very comfortable. Lovely gardens. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location great.

Cons:

Staff were young and inexperienced. They tried very hard but seemed to refer to a computer to tell them what to do rather than check on the tables at dinner.
Swimming pool small but pleasant.
Breakfast very standard.

Hotel castillo bonito
Pros:

El hotel está bonito,bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto .Los jardines muy bonitos zona de spa y tratamientos muy bien.
Terraza para cenar ,preciosa y cena estupenda.
Habitación sencilla.
Parking disponible.
Estábamos alojados en la zona castillo.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema serio en la habitación ,empezaron a aparecer mosquitas pequeñas voladoras y descubrimos que estaban alrededor de una de las ventanas,nos dimos cuenta muy tarde y no nos pareció bien comentarlo en ese momento.
A la hora del check- out lo comentamos en recepción y su respuesta fue...bien ya lo vamos a mirar...ni un lo siento ni un detalle por su parte.
Teníamos que haber pedido una hoja de reclamaciones,pero no lo hicimos .

Groene oase in Tours
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie ruime kamer (in het bijgebouw tegenover de receptie), er was zelfs een keukenblokje met koelkast en inductiekookplaat! Badkamer is wat krap, maar fijn dat er een aparte douche was, naast het eveneens aanwezige bad. Vanwege de hitte (het was 35 graden) ook erg fijn dat er airco was! Op de kamer stond een lege waterfles, die je beneden in het hotel kosteloos kunt vullen met drinkwater, erg fijn. Het hoofdgebouw is een voormalig chateau en er is een prachtige, grote tuin bij het hotel. Wij zijn naar het centrum van Tours gewandeld en hebben (op aanraden van de hotelreceptie) de tram terug genomen, want dat is een flinke klim! Chateau Belmont is echt een parel in de stad, gelegen in een groene oase. Ontbijt was prima, heerlijk om dat in de tuin te kunnen nuttigen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik iets moet noemen is het dat er wat beperkte parkeergelegenheid is ten opzichte van het aantal kamers.
