Zen time from 06 pm to 09 pm : the spa is a peacefull and relaxation area. In order to respect everyone's tranquility, children are welcomed only from 07 am to 06 pm every day. Please respect the quietness and privacy of others.
Pets are allowed with extra charge of 25 € per night. For reason of hygiene and respect for all guests, animals are not allowed at the restaurant and the well-being center.

The garden was nice.
Car parking was difficult and the food could have been better.
Das Château liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit altem Baumbestand und Teich mit Fröschen und Fischen. Kein Verkehrs- und kein Fluglärm. Die Tramstation ist in der Nähe (ca. 800m).
Im kleinen viktorianischen Gewächshaus wachsen faszinierende Pflanzen mit erstaunlichen Blüten.
Tische und Stühle stehen zur freien Verfügung am Teich auf der Wiese.
Das Stadtzentrum liegt ca. 2 km entfernt, und das Château liegt auch ca. 50m höher als das Zentrum. Also sportlich sein oder E-Bike bzw. Tram.
Der Renovationsbedarf macht sich langsam an diversen Ecken bemerkbar, deshalb ist der Übernachtungspreis für das Gesamt-Angebot noch moderat.
Obwohl die Küche gut ist, fehlt die Abwechslung (grössere Karte oder schnellerer Wechsel der Auswahl).

I ordered a room by the photos on booking.com and the receptionidt wasnt nice gave me a room different from what i ordered and said that photos from booking are not representing the room (which is the main reason i order from booking.....)

Fantastic hotel. Our room was unexpectedly upgraded, so was lovely. We tried out the spa, which was great. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is tucked away in the centre of Tours but is quiet and surrounded by its own beautiful gardens.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil de tous, souriant, au petits soins, à l'écoute...
D'autres part, la chambre comporte tout le confort possible avec un petit rétro que nous avons bien apprécié.
Honnêtement, que demander de plus exceptée l'insonorisation des chambres, ce qui est le cas, aucun bruit entendu durant toute la nuit.
Le parc est magnifique, piscine, sauna, hammam très agréables.

It has a spa with treatments but no massages. I drove 10 hours , I thought that’s what a spa did ? . Beer in the fridge - at 8 Euros a bottle you would expect a bottle opener but no. No room service menu in room and not a great selection when staff finally brought a printed copy to my room. Air Conditioning control not easy to figure out. English language TV channels don’t really work- constant buffering and poor signal. At this price point I expected better. On check in - one nice very helpful black lady - one grumpy unhelpful white lady - the colour being simply relevant to distinguish the efficiency of the staff involved as I had no names .

Otra cosa las luces de la habitación no estaba bien accesibles tenias que levantarte para apagarla lo demás, nevera microondas muy bien y cafetera cada día ponían 2 cápsulas
