Zen time from 06 pm to 09 pm : the spa is a peacefull and relaxation area. In order to respect everyone's tranquility, children are welcomed only from 07 am to 06 pm every day. Please respect the quietness and privacy of others.
Pets are allowed with extra charge of 25 € per night. For reason of hygiene and respect for all guests, animals are not allowed at the restaurant and the well-being center.

We stayed at the hotel specifically because we liked the restaurant and the comfy bedrooms with kitchenette which allowed us to make our own tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly and acknowledged that we had stayed a year ago.
Finding a parking space can be tricky.

Toujours nourriture insipide dans le "Restaurant" pas des glaces pour le dessert, seulement un beverage fraises sans goût avec un artefacts saveur basilic,vraiment dégueulasse,viande pas cuite,délai interminable pour recuire la viande, le tout sans aucun goût.

Its our second visit here, and we love it. So close to the bustling town for history, culture and great places to eat. The hotel has wonderful grounds, a lovely ambiance and we enjoyed a sunny family breakfast. A definite if you want to come to Tours.

Lovely location, excellent restaurant and helpful staff. The pool and spa area is a real plus.
The process for using the pool area wasn't very clear, and they ran out of towels and robes.
The facilities were great. The room was comfortable and very clean. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and even a little privacy.
The staff has a lot of unnecessary rules. We wanted to have dinner on site but were told they were full and had no reservations available. The only choice we had was room service. However, we are four and there wasn't enough space in the room to eat comfortably. Therefore, we asked to get our food bagged instead so that we could eat in the gardens instead. They just would not budge and insisted they could not do that. It wasn't until we became annoyed and upset that they agreed to serve us a 150 euors meal in cardboard boxes in the lobby. The next day for breakfast buffet, the food was not replenished in a timely manner, we had to wait 20 minutes for eggs, no cups for juice or water available. It was a disaster.
Le château Belmont fait partie de nos destinations préférées. Comme d'habitude, le lieu est bien décoré, accueillant, bucolique avec ses jardins et sa belle serre, le petit-déjeuner buffet en terrasse est parfait et la chambre idéale pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. L'espace balnéo ne déçoit jamais.
