Zen time from 06 pm to 09 pm : the spa is a peacefull and relaxation area. In order to respect everyone's tranquility, children are welcomed only from 07 am to 06 pm every day. Please respect the quietness and privacy of others.
Pets are allowed with extra charge of 25 € per night. For reason of hygiene and respect for all guests, animals are not allowed at the restaurant and the well-being center.

Badkamer ok, personeel veel te weinig
Diner: 3 uur aan tafel gezeten. Dessert hebben we dan maar overgeslagen. Veel te weinig personeel.
Ontbijt: 1 dag was er geen brood of charcuterie. Ook hier weer te weinig personeel om alles aan te vullen en tafels af te ruimen.

Spa is toe aan onderhoud.
Séjour agréable, le spa, la piscine, la situation géographique, le parc et ses moustiques grâce aux bassins proches de la terrasse.
La tentative par la direction de nous imputer et de nous faire payer (après notre départ, bien sur) une très grosse tache rose et très visible situé devant la baie vitrée de la chambre 4 (la suite de l'établissement) et pré-existante a notre arrivée.
Le bruit chaque nuit entre 23h et 00H.
Le personnel juste agréable, sauf la dame qui nous à accueilli a notre arrivée... elle se reconnaîtra...
Le déjeuné a midi, ou nous avons été spolié de la moitié de l'entrée. (tomates burrata coupée grossièrement, et 1 moitié de burrata pour deux quand les tables d'a coté on eu une burrata entière et de belles tomates coupées joliment et digne des images proposées sur le site internet et exagérément salé... Le serveur s'en ai excusé en nous disant que c'était une erreur a notre table est qu'il était désolé nous offrant 1 verre de 2cl d'apéritif
Et je ne parle pas de la place de parking reservée et inexistante.
Le cadre est très agréables et le personnel très gentil.
Le stationnement un peu difficile.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel ausserhalb von Tours und ist umgeben von Altersheimen. Auch der kleine Innenpool ist direkt mit einer Residenz verbunden, aber nur von Hotelgästen genutzt. Er ist wirklich sehr klein und war bei unserem Besuch leider überfüllt. Leider ist der schöne Park auch nicht direkt vom Pool erreichbar, nur ein kleiner Grünstreifen.
Erg mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten.
Het bijbehorende restaurant viel erg tegen. Er was een probleem met bemensing keuken. Als compensatie wel diner gratis gekregen.
The hotel is beautifully located and the rooms are very comfortable.
We stayed at this hotel last year and had a wonderful experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this year was a real disappointment. The room was still nice, but the personal touches from our previous stay were missing. The biggest issue was dinner: we waited more than 30 minutes for drinks and, after ordering at 20:15, only received our starters an hour later. By 22:25, our main courses and desserts still had not arrived, so we left the restaurant. Staff were apologetic and clearly under pressure, but the overall experience was far below what we expected from this hotel. Based on this stay, we would not return.
