Treat yourself to one of the most beautiful places on earth, combined with the most attentive service and warm welcome.
Pros:

This property is its own proper Eden. It’s my magic place in the world. My husband and I were married there in 2019 and I celebrated his life there on August 2, 2026 after his passing last November. This hotel does everything right.

A equipe de recepção é excelente, desde antes da estada nos auxiliaram bastante com os passeios. destaque para Langton. A área de Constantia é super charmosa. Para quem não quer ficar dentro da cidade de Capetown, recomendo. E O hotel é um hotel Boutique, com boas acomodaóes e refeições.

Cons:

A arrumação e limpeza do quarto ficou abaixo do padrão do hotel. Ele merecia também um segundo restaurante.

Best experience if you're looking for more relaxing and high-quality Cape Town
Pros:

It was definetly such a great expereince, service was excelent, the property is just amazing and solo well mantained, garden are beautiful, food was really amazing and everything was excellent. Our favorite stay, also important to say we hace already done the touristic side of Cape Town and came back from safari, so this stay was perfect for resting, getting energy back and also we had some business appointments, for us simply matched perfectly.

Exceptional in every respect
Pros:

We were fortunate to spend 8 nights here, in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary and my wife's 50th birthday.

We took breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, and used room service a couple of evenings. Food and service are excellent, served in a delightful dining room that immerses you in the garden. Staff are very engaging.

The hotel is close to Table Mountain Range and Kirstenboch Botanical Gardens. Local maps are available at Reception. It's an easy and safe walk to the Gardens and mountain hiking trails are very accessible. We also walked to Constantia to visit a couple of vineyards, and spent one delightful afternoon exploring and photographing the hotel grounds. It's no wonder the hotel has won awards for them.

There's a free shuttle available from the hotel to the Botanic Gardens and to Cape Town V&A. We used the shuttle one morning and Uber'd back.

Food was fabulous! Wine selection is great. We were introduced to a South African cocktail, Dom Pedro. Try it!
Our accommodations were wonderful. We were there when the nights had a bit of a chill. Turn down service included a hot water bottle to warm the bed! Absolutely a comfy touch!
Only downside, it is a bit of a drive to Capetown. If you are there for the wineries, it is a perfect location, as most are a short 10 minute drive away.
