The hotel is a beautiful hotel, it is clean and spacious, The staff is very courteous and friendly and helpful. But there does need to be some upgrades done to the carpeting in halls of the rooms and also there was some mold in our bathroom whichI brought to the attention of the management. We were only there for two days so we dealt h with it, but that is also why I have given 4 stars and not 5! The location is very convenient to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.
The room was clean and well taken care of...
The room was out dated...No charging ports anywhere in the room...The room faced west and the A/C barely kept up during the afternoon...It did improve once the sun went down...We requested a ground floor and were given a 3rd floor room...
Nasty nasty nasty! The owners entire family was eating what supposed to be guest food, nasty lil hands touched everything there, tub was falling apart, force thesd people out or to fix these places!

I was double charged for my hotel stay & got the runaround about a refund. Was told that my stay would be discounted but that wasn’t true & the hot water wasn’t hot it even warm

Where my room was 331 it had wet dirty smelly carpet right in front of my room ,Didn’t know if it had an flood or not but wish she would have given us a better floor,
I like that the property was located in a quiet area. The front desk employees were also friendly.
I didn’t like the tub in my room, it looked very dingy and outdated. The carpet in the hallway was also spotty with discoloration.
This hotel is in a convenient location for me. Quiet place with comfortable beds. There is a large desk, mini fridge, microwave, and hot water maker are in the room. There is no hairdryer or iron. There are a few other few improvements that could be made. The last time I visited the only icemaker working was on the first floor. Four years later and still had to go down to the first floor for ice. Last time I visited, the breakfast was really good with a big assortment of items, everything was hot and fresh. This time the eggs were like rubber. The biscuits were hard like they had been microwaved. The gravy tasted good, but was too thick to soften the hard biscuits. There was still a variety of other offerings. My son made his own waffle, yogurt, assorted baked goods, juice…The front desk was friendly and helpful upon checking and checking out.
