Location and staff were the real highlights
The gym is very basic; the property is still being finished; only valet parking but understand why

The location was brilliant for all things Sydney Marathon and also the iconic sights of Sydney. It was quirky and historical, low rise and had a really friendly, cosy vibe. They were doing renovations but this had minimal impact, they managed it well. We were shown up to our room by Luke and he was just so lovely, helpful and funny.

I realized last night that the key to my car was returned to me with a scratch; apparently it fell and got scratched.
The structure and the position
The reception wasn’t there on arrival and had to wait for a few minutes before a young man arrived. The room wasn’t very clean: a used plaster in shower and a towel had a couple of hairs on it.

Some rooms do need a refurbish or freshen up as some things not working or showing signs of wear and tear but otherwise amazing.
Great location, nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Rooms were well equipped with the basics, chromecasr was easy to connect to.
Water pressure wasn't great and parking is very expensive (staff were very helpful and suggested other options close by).
Lovely staff, comfy bed and awesome extras. First time in Sydney and it was a great base to explore the city. Thank you Ovolo.
