It’s a good hotel to stay even if some things need refurbishing

The structure and the position

Cons:

The reception wasn’t there on arrival and had to wait for a few minutes before a young man arrived. The room wasn’t very clean: a used plaster in shower and a towel had a couple of hairs on it.

Great location, not your average hotel. Amazing stay!
Pros:

Great location, unique hotel, beautiful views.
We were taken good care of and made to feel very welcome. Staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

Some rooms do need a refurbish or freshen up as some things not working or showing signs of wear and tear but otherwise amazing.

Pros:

Great location, nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Rooms were well equipped with the basics, chromecasr was easy to connect to.

Cons:

Water pressure wasn't great and parking is very expensive (staff were very helpful and suggested other options close by).

Loved it. I’ll be back.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly. The hotel itself is in a great spot. The room had a spectacular view over the city and was really clean. There are done great pubs and dining very close by. Would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay in Sydney!

Wonderful place to stay with comfortable pillows and bed, well appointment bathrooms, and beautiful views of the pier and Sydney skyline. Thank you for the surprise upgrade to a loft room! We absolutely loved our stay here! Highly recommend 🤗
