Convenient to walk to the stadium ywt not worth the price if I can stay at Live by Loews I will

Convenience to the ballpark.

Cons:

The bathroom had mold on the door. The shampoo bottle that was double sided taped to the wall fell off twice in our sleep. Not enough light in the room. Had to use flashlight to make my coffee. Couldn’t open the curtains because people across the way could see into the room. Definitely not worth almost $700 for two nights in a deluxe king room as compared to Live by Loews that is the same price. Bar foods were ok but $100 for a burger and chicken sandwich with 5 beers was steep even for downtown.

Amazing Hotel across the street from Busch Stadium.
Pros:

We were extremely please with the room and the amenities. The coffee was good and I appreciated that you had actual creamers and not the powered. The shampoo and body wash was amazing. You even impressed my husband.

Cons:

The cleaning staff didn't remove dirty coffee cups from our room and folded a used towel that was on the floor and placed it on top of the clean towels.

Pros:

We couldn’t stay because they didn’t find my reservation??? We’re told nothing could be done because we booked through a third party service, I showed confirmation, credit card charge and still they said they had no reservation, I ended up getting another room in a different hotel, I did the reservation ahead of time to avoid being screwed and it was actually worse, very very disappointing experience.

You were the only hotel I stayed at in St Louis but not after my last stay. Sorry

Cons:

First My room tv wouldn’t work , my refrigerator had to be replaced, and as I was sleeping my cabinet door in the bathroom fell off and scared me to death. I needed ketchup for my food but didnt receive it so I had to walk to get it.And as I’m checking out and relaying all my problems I was blown off like I was bothering them. I came to this hotel because of my last visit here but I will check around for other hotels now instead of just saying let’s stay at the Westin . Sorry I had a bad visit and I nobody even acknowledged it. I used to always stay here with my family 😭😭😭

The bed and pillows were comfortable in the room. Air-conditioning worked fabulous.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the general areas needed help. While checking in a girl was complaining about her room air not working and the gentleman with the check on it and came back and said yeah her room is hot. The front desk person said were sold out, you have to fix it. The gentleman said it’s not fixable. The next morning when I’m checking out, an older lady said she needed to check out and stated the TV didn’t work, the air did not work, and something else wasn’t working and all they said was we’re sorry to hear that and gave her nothing as a discount or in return.
