Perfect location next to train station and trams, parking possibilities and spacious room
A good hotel that lives up to its 4-star rating. The management deserves credit for understanding that, to compensate for aging facilities, hospitality and service must be top-notch. And in that regard, they’ve really succeeded.
Our Deluxe room was decent and comfortable, although the bathroom could easily have been renovated. Not enough light, a low-end vanity mirror, no handheld showerhead, etc.
That said, the hotel is perfectly located, and the breakfast buffet deserves a special mention: it is perfect.
The food at the bar-restaurant, where we had a quick lunch on the day we arrived, was perfectly fine.
We stayed three nights at the Marriott, and if we ever return to Rotterdam, we’ll likely stay there again.
A suggestion for improvement to management: when hosting a couple, two bottles of water per day instead of one would be appreciated. The same goes for bathrobes and slippers…

The breakfast was super. Location also. Very polite and helpful staff.
The bathroom was old equipped. The shower was inconvenient.
Locatie
Kamer op een hoge verdieping geboekt maar bij aankomst om 16:30 was die niet beschikbaar. Omdat de kamer op de 12e verdieping nog schoongemaakt moest worden, werden we oo de vijfde geplaatst. Dus uitzicht op bouwplaats en tegen gebouwen in plaats van op de stad.

Verrast door upgraden omdat ik ben jarig en ik moet lang wachten bij inchecken.
Krijg welcome drinken wegens mijn verjaardag.dat mooi meegenomen.hebben we ook gebruik met combinatie avond eten.
