Cuando llegue muy mal recepción ya que me hicieron esperar aún cuando no había gente y además me mencionaron que mi reservación no estaba y tuvieron que hablar con el encargado así que esperamos otros 15 min .

La ubicación del hotel es extraordinaria, está en una zona protegida y hay mucho que explorar, la comida esta muy buena, el servicio extraordinario.
Tubimos que cambiar de habitación porque la primera que nos asignaron, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, el frigobar no enfria muy bien, tienen una zona de playa y todos los camastros estaban rotos e inservibles, falta información de las diferentes actividades en el hotel, nos entregaron una hoja con los restaurantes, comidas, pero sin horarios, tubimos que andar preguntando, en general la ubicación, la comida y el servicio muy bien, algunas instalaciones pueden mejorar.
La comida, la atención, la tranquilidad, la playa, el lugar muy bonito.
En las comidas no había tostadas al comer ceviches o aguachiles, es lo único.
