The hotel’s location and historic setting were excellent. The building itself is beautiful, our room was spotless, and the location could hardly be better for exploring the city.

One Point that could be improved is accessibility. Guests have to climb a steep flight of stairs immediately after entering the hotel before reaching the elevator. For guests with reduced mobility, this could be a significant challenge. The reception is also located out of sight to the right of the stairs, making it difficult for staff to notice when someone may need assistance. We arrived with luggage and a stroller and would have appreciated help from a porter or another member of staff, but no one was available.

Whenever we interacted with the staff, they were polite and friendly. However, I would have appreciated a more proactive approach to customer service, especially when guests arrive with luggage and young children.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a beautiful historic hotel with an outstanding location. A little more attention to accessibility and proactive service would make the experience even better.

La ubicación excelente, 3l ambiente.

Cons:

No es un hotel con comodidades de accesibilidad. 2 tramos cortos de escaleras tuvimos que subir al ingresar hasta la recepción con el equipaje. El baño solo con bañera, duchero dentro. Personas mayores con dificultades es complicado.

Beautiful hotel in a brilliant location. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic old town location. On a quiet street close to Dome Square. Room was great as the bathroom. Great facilities in the room. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

The breakfast is quite hyped up in reviews, and I must admit, it was the highlight - very delicious - for sure. The best was also very comfortable. Super clean bathroom. And obviously, a great location as well. Receptionists and staff supporting with bags were very efficient, polite, and helpful. I felt well looked after.

Cons:

The room I stayed seemed a bit noisy, I was at the base of the stairs and I could hear repeated thumps, coming and going on the steps, movements/voices in room above and these odd, occasional drilling sounds and gurgles from the AC. Not sure what was going on, but overall, a pleasant stay. Bit on the pricey side though.
