Very friendly staff and the breakfast offering was great.

Cons:

Room cleaning requires additional attention. We had children drawings on the wall and bath needs an additional scrub and fan dust-off. The sofa bed was aged and worn down. Overall not the room standard that Springhill Suites strives to provide.

Everything 😍 everyone was so nice and friendly and welcoming ☺️
Will stay again but longer. We stayed one night cause we were traveling from Triangle Va to Salem Massachusetts.

Dated and sad
Pros:

The gal at the front desk was very accommodating and helped find a room that was suited best for our family. The breakfast was very good with healthy options.

Cons:

For the price and the brand, this is a very dated, sad hotel. Not what we expected. It was dirty, old, brown, and did not feel clean. Patches in the wallpaper, dirty tub, very dated furniture and beds...all left a bad taste in our mouths.
