Pros:

We loved the hotel well kept. Will be heading back in November and we can’t wait. We asked for extra bedding and they brought it straight up to us also asked for big trash bags we we could throw our trash away and they was brought up o us right away. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

I needed a bath chair due to my wife needing it and they could not find them till Saturday evening.

An excellent stay!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, always had a smile and happy to help. I'd say they went above and beyond to make it a positive and memorable stay.

Good Stay overall
Pros:

The facility was clean, staff pleasant. Liked that there was an indoor pool. Only thing I wasn't satisfied with, was the poor variety of snacks that were on display for purchase. Definitely could do better in that department. The breakfast could be better.
