I highly recommend this hotel. The booking process was very easy andThis hotel made my expectations.
Pros:

The cleanness and the area very quiet and safe, my kids and I were very pleasant to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was so great many variety. Another thing also the fact that there is ice machine on the hallway. We will definitely come back again.

Cons:

The trash bag and some of the outlets on the nightstand are not working.

I wish the manager would have offered a complimentary night for our inconvenience. We asked.
Cons:

The fire alarm went off prior to us arriving, resulting in the elevator not working. We had to carry our bags up three floors. The issue was later resolve, but it was very frustrating.

The Staff was wonderful and friendly. Clean , easy check in / out very convenient front desk to room .

Cons:

Everything was great ! It was hot in the room but its Louisiana and temperature was 101 @ 5pm outside . So not really hotels fault.

Cons:

Moved to a different room after toilet malfunction, it was not clean!. Low water pressure! Checked out 2 days early and did not receive a refund of remaining days. I will never book here again.

Chambre disponible normalement à partir de 15 pour 2 adultes 2 enfants… la chambre n’était toujours pas prête à 20h!!!! Honteux aucun geste de m établissement. Inondation d’eau dans la chambre suite à une Clim encrassé, une blatte énorme dans la salle de bai. … le technicien a été très réactif le lendemain de notre arrivée pour réparer tout ça. Coton tige sale resté sur le meuble de cuisine ….. ménage à revoir. La chambre reste cependant fonctionnelle
