Our stay was OK; but I had somewhat higher expectations from Springhill Suites.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. There was adequate space, although oddly shaped.
Breakfast was Fine. They had real oatmeal with toppings to put on it.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was subpar.
The coffee was very weak. Elevator was super slow, which a number of fellow guests commented on.

They were doing construction on the outside. Contractors and equipment took up most of the parking lot so there was nowhere to park

Pros:

Rooms were very clean and nice. Breakfast was great with many options. Wonderful hotel and easy access to Hershey and the downtown stores. Front desk was very nice and helpful upon check in. The rooms were very spacious and the pull out bed was amazing for kids to sleep on.

Great location, good value for the money
Pros:

Enough room for the 4 of us to stay without feeling cramped. Good location, clean hotel, the hotel was remodeling while we were there so I am sure the updates will be nice.

More parking is needed.

Pros:

People at the desk were very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Was a little disappointed in the pool because it was way too cold . I could only stay in for about 10 min. My 2 year old grandson the same. He was freezing. The pool should be warmer. It was not relaxing at all.
