I was disappointed. Myself and my family will not do business with the Marriott as a company again.
Pros:

The only positive part of my stay was checking out. Latoya was kind and apologetic when I brought my concerns to her.

Cons:

This property was not as it was advertised. The women working the front desk did not greet any of the guests when they arrived and departed. Whenever I first walked in to the establishment to check in I was met with the awful smell of mold. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because I was concerned about cleanliness. When I walked into my room I noticed that the surfaces did not look like they had been wiped down. There was a white powdery substance on the hotel phone, the bathroom door was dirty, the shower head looked corroded, and like it needed to be replaced, and the bottom of the shower needed to be clean. The room had not been cleaned efficiently. I did not utilize the sofa bed because it was dirty, I covered it with a sheet so I could set my luggage on it. We did not utilize the pool because the hot tub was green and the pool had debris at the bottom of it. The only reason I did not leave was because I was going to be charged a cancellation fee. Me and my family did not enjoy this stay.
