The stay was okay.
Pros:

The room was nice, but I think it needs a door where the sink is.

Cons:

We had to beg for wash clothes. They didn't even have enough for the number of guests that were on the reservations. We didn't see housekeeping after the first day. There was a smell of mildew. The iron was broken. I tried to contact the front desk, but the phone in the room and it didn't work. There wasn't any linen for the sleeper sofa.

The representatives at the front desk were outstanding, especially Mark.
Pros:

breakfast was good. I liked the unique layout of the room. I also used the hot tub and the pool, which was very nice and relaxing.

Cons:

The room smelled bad, musty, or like someone had smoked in it in the past. I'd brought my own air freshener just in case.

As a 20 year old, this was a breath of fresh air! everything was so simple and easy to understand.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially the front desk, super sweet and kind. Loved the room as well! very big room, very comfortable and nice. Loved the bathroom as well clean, everything was clean, my favorite was the AC unit I loved being able to control it freely and it was quick to make the room cold or hot loveeeeeee itttt.

Cons:

I had two tv's in my room, but the one in front of the king bed was a little wacky, everything was working good! But the screen itself looked dull, or static almost. But the other tv in front of the couch was greatttt crystal clear! Didn't have much of an issue since I also didn't watch to much tv LOL, (Laugh out loud) this for the older people that don't know what LOL is :D

Good price, great staff and well worth the price.
Pros:

Excellent staff, professional, friendly and helpful. Clean, a good deal for the price, fantastic location on 436 and I-4 made it easy to get everywhere we needed to be.

Cons:

One of the elevators was not working, but they were very apologetic about it.
