Cons:

I got charged for parking in the final bill. I didnt have any car for parking. This is an error which I could have talked and sorted, but I couldnt reach the property or customer service properly. Finally I did, but unnecessary time spent. Process was not smooth. AI orchestration was pathetic.

Nice stay, terrible breakfast!
Pros:

This was perfectly situated for the wedding we were attending at Paradise Cove

Cons:

The rooms were fine and staff v friendly - especially Juanessa at the front desk. The breakfast was awful, food choices very poor and the amount of plastic and other recyclable items which just got thrown straight in the regular trash was horrifying.

Pros:

The continental breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub were perfect temperature, check in and check out were easy

Cons:

Our whole floor smelled like moldy carpet. There had clearly been a water line break or something because they had fans going on the carpet and had clearly sprayed something to try and mask the smell. I wish they would have put us on a floor that didn’t stink and feel musty.
