Pros:

The complimentary ice cream was a nice touch.

Cons:

Had to ask for extra pillows twice the first night.
We weren't informed that the refresh service was every other day, not daily, so we had to ask for more towels. When they did come to refresh our room, it was a half efforted job: the beds were poorly made, pillows not even touched to refresh, they didn't restock tissues, they didn't hang our new towels but instead left a stack on the couch (which is kinda gross), and one of those towels had crumbs and hair on it which was really gross.
The breakfast was in the food warmers, but some of the items were still frozen in the middle (the omelettes).
The hallways smelled like an old vacuum.

Best hotel experience
Pros:

This hotel truly considered every small detail and needs of the customers. From the water and lemonade available in the afternoons, to the complimentary ice cream in the evenings. The gluten free muffin choices and dairy free milk were amazing additions.

Really gross and dirty hotel with bad service.
Pros:

When we checked in, there were No bath towels in our room. Someone else’s old moldy food was left in the refrigerator. The bed quilt smelled like body odor and there were hand and fingerprints on all the surfaces. The tabletops were sticky. Overall pretty gross. We called for towels but they never came so my husband had to go down to get them. To top it off the toilet was super small like for an elf so it kept clogging. And a tour bus of unsupervised children (middle school age) were allowed to run around yelling and playing in the halls after quiet hours. There was no adult with them on our floor so they were wild. When I told the front desk about these issues the response was, ‘ok, I’ll put that down.’ No cares. No apology. No concern.

There was not enough tissues in the box, ran out almost immediately. Tub floor showed where strips had been taken up, not very attractive at all.

The girl behind the front desk that checked us out was rude and not nice at all. Everyone else was nice as could be, and if I had time I would have asked to speak to the manager.

A well appointed beautiful property, great location and friendly reception staff. Loved our stay.
Pros:

Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s an excellent property, great location. Extremely enjoyable!!

Cons:

Perhaps a designated smoking area outside so those that don’t smoke don’t smoke can enjoy the beautiful outside sitting areas.

Great breakfast, but staff doesn't listen carefully when there is an issue that needs to be addresse
Pros:

The breakfast was superior. It was beyond our expectations. Everything was delicious, area was very clean. Great selection of food and we were surprised that we even got free ice cream around dinner time.

Cons:

Two buses arrived on Wednesday with kids on them. The first night they were so loud it was beyond terrible. The pounding on the floor and walls was unexcusable and very very loud. The second night I called down to the front desk and they told me that were other complaints. They said they would notify the chaperones. The noise stopped but it started up again around midnight. There is a sign in the elevator that stated "quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM". Apparently the group did not notice that. The front desk offered to move my room but why should I have to move to accommodate nasty young individuals who had no respect to anyone or anything. When I checked out on Friday, I again told the front desk of the situation. She had no idea what I was talking about and never even offered a discount or even a free soda. What a shame because for other than that reason, everything else was great.

The location was convenient. The rooms were spacious.
