Very very well maintained and groomed. Great setting!
I liked everything about it.
Decent place to stay
Carpet was not vacuumed
The room layout was perfect for traveling with kids.
They had beverages for your stay all day free ice cream and the breakfast hour was fitting
The toilets was a little low bad on my knees
Clean, spacious rooms and great coffee and breakfast.
It was great
Clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff in a great location. They recommended the restaurant across the street: Food for Thought. Very good food there! We ate there two of the three nights of our stay.
Excellent breakfast. Liked the quiet hours
No one cleaned our room from day one to day two
The room was very comfortable and clean. Sheets were very clean smelling.
Breakfast area ran out of lot of items and bar was not very clean at times.
Breakfast
Outdated and worn out bathrooms. Tube drained slowly. Toilet flushed slowly.
The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and the AC worked well!
The pool was hot and the chlorine or whatever chemical is used caused my skin to be very itchy. There were no extra blankets or pillows and we like to sleep with lots, but the staff was very helpful in getting us more.
The complimentary ice cream was a nice touch.
Had to ask for extra pillows twice the first night.
We weren't informed that the refresh service was every other day, not daily, so we had to ask for more towels. When they did come to refresh our room, it was a half efforted job: the beds were poorly made, pillows not even touched to refresh, they didn't restock tissues, they didn't hang our new towels but instead left a stack on the couch (which is kinda gross), and one of those towels had crumbs and hair on it which was really gross.
The breakfast was in the food warmers, but some of the items were still frozen in the middle (the omelettes).
The hallways smelled like an old vacuum.
This hotel truly considered every small detail and needs of the customers. From the water and lemonade available in the afternoons, to the complimentary ice cream in the evenings. The gluten free muffin choices and dairy free milk were amazing additions.
Nothing, everything was wonderful
Ice machine broken. Jacuzzi out of order. Juice machine broken.
