Frustrated
Pros:

I had to request to be moved to a different room. After being gone all day when returning to my room it' reaked of the smell of marijuana like if somebody had sat in my room and smoked. I I went down to the front desk and the gentleman moved me to a different room. I was not able to get my belongings until the next morning when I went to the front desk a new person was there she was not friendly it was business as usual. She never apologized for the inconvenience. I asked for any type of air freshener so I could spray before I enter to gather my belongings she said oh we don't have spray only housekeeping has spray. She didn't offer to go an extra step to get me some a housekeeper was standing right behind her. They never offered a discount . And I never once heard I am sorry for the inconvenience!!

Been more compassionate and friendly!!

Nothing was good

Cons:

Bed bugs in our room , blood stains on the bed sheets. The light was flickering the whole time when it was on. The glass shower was dirty .

We booked a king suite and when we got to the hotel the receptionist let us know there was no more room’s available, that they give them first come first serve even though we booked earlier…
