Pros:

We stayed here as a family and had a lovely experience. The hotel was clean, in a very central and convenient location, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

A perfect experience and I will definitely stay at the Swissotel again
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and made the whole stay a delight. I felt looked after very well.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen in the Sydney CBD hotels.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the CBD as soon as you enter the lobby you enter a different calm and friendly world.

Our stay was amazing and worth every dollar
Pros:

The whole vibe of the hotel is amazing, clean and it feels like 5 star. Everyone was nice at the front desk and downstairs when you arrive with the luggage. Amazing hotel

The Cressy Girls
Pros:

The centralisation to Theatre, DJs, and other main shopping centres.
Also excellent restaurants like Infinity-Centre Point Tower and Babylon restaurant.

Cons:

The hammer noise we heard Friday morning which may have been from Myer? We had a late checkout for 12 but when we got back to our room before 12, the key card didn't work. The concierge had adjusted bith key cards when we checked in.

Amazing location in the heart of the CBD
Pros:

The hotel was in the Hart of the business district and was walkable to all the shops and to the Metro. The property was clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing.
