Pleasant and very convenient but noisey neighbours.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location very close to everything.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise from the floor above with people running and jumping etc late at night which kept us awake one night and then the fridge was buzzing loudly another night which also kept us awake. There was often long waits for the lifts as one was out of service for the few days we were there.

Over all it was a lovely experience, and staff wher every pleasant especially the front door team.

Cons:

The feather pillows were horrible, the bath leaked all over the floor, and the back of the hair dryer was broken.
