Pros:

Very friendly staff; comfortable bed; breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Good stay overall
Pros:

Location, room was great for family of 4 with 2 beds and sofa. It had a fridge and microwave and extra sink. I liked that!

Cons:

Sheets were stained. Bathroom handle was broken. Carpet needed cleaning.

Ok for very short stays.

The room was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable!

The booking website said there was a bar/restaurant on site. We had driven 4 hours and was disappointed that there was a restaurant on site.

Bait and Switch!!!!!
Pros:

Insulting to the Hyatt Brand! Completely false advertising... there is no restaurant or bar, in fact I doubt they have a liquor license at all! The tv didn't work and the surfaces were all scratched and old. It's bait and switch at its finest!

Pass on this Hyatt location
Pros:

I would not recommend this location. It is below the standards of the Hyatt’s that I usually stay in… somehow I was charged for a day that I did not stay.… Still waiting for a resolution. Not as clean as I would like in the common areas. Furniture that need repaired. Breakfast needs revamped . The fruit looked old. we left the hotel to have breakfast. OK customer service.No bar. Shower drain repair is very sloppy.

Great Hotel and very convinience location
Pros:

Great location, close to the airport, 15 min distance from Broadway and others main places, several dinning options around to be reach even by walking, shuttle and breakfast included, good room and good staff service
