Great location near downtown, the mall (Opry) and restaurants

Cons:

Bathroom small, found 2 bugs in my room, and no service even when connected to WiFi but the Hyatts internet worked great although we were across the parking lot from them

Cons:

For a suite hotel we expected a better breakfast. There really weren’t any hot protein options on the Sunday morning we were there.

It was ok I would not book here again
Pros:

I liked the location and pricing of the room

Cons:

None of the outlet worked but one and the WiFi was horrible. Also room had a funny smell to it, really stained carpet and it was really dusty . Last guest left water in the fridge that was still there and it didn’t keep my items cold.

Pros:

Really good location, central to several late night food options and gas stations. Easy trip to Broadway either driving or by Uber. Staff was always kind.

Cons:

Bathroom door was misaligned and wouldn't shut properly. The plunger to switch between bath or shower wouldn't fully engage so it was stuck with half pressure. The shower water never got really warm.
