Pros:

The location is convenient

Cons:

The rooms are old, there was mold in our room. The air conditioner gives a musty smell. The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the furniture was mismatched and damaged.
Additionally, the hotel is very close to the high way, so you will hear traffic all night.
They are apparently going through renovations, but this had nothing to do with the state of our room.

For the price of this place - you are definitely better off staying somewhere else. It is too expensive to be this problematic.

Clean and reasonably priced

It was clean, reasonably priced and conveniently located close to the heart of Lancaster.

Cons:

I think the free breakfast offerings could have been better. Yogurt machine and toppings were very good but it would have been nice to have scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon available as well

Comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

The room was very large with a sofa and kitchen nook that included a microwave and sink. There was a laundry room on our floor with two sets of machines. The staff was very friendly, and the room and the rest of the hotel was clean. If we were to visit this area again, we would stay here. The hotel was less than a 10-minute drive to some of the Dutch inspired shops and bakeries.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good, would rather see the pancake machine be replaced with the classic waffle iron. There were not many options, I really think this should be an area to focus on for improvement. I would also like to recommend a Dutch country map at or near the front desk to help guests navigate the towns and shops.

Disgusting
Pros:

Staff were polite but not to to point of refunding my money. Ants in the bed, Chips were on the floor and my sheets that I unknowingly slept on were disgustingly stained and all I received was an ungenuine sorry.

The first day on arrival the checking in was good but after that the checking staff was rude .

Cons:

The checking staff was rude on our day of checking out he said to me that we miss understand their services then he said that I should take my complaint to whoever I booked with when I ask for the manger he said that she wouldn't be in until Tuesday after just telling someone that she will be in for 9 Monday morning.. in the waiting area had dog pee which I brought to his attention

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

We were given a room with a damaged bathtub. Disgusting!!! The breakfast was not worth getting.
