Disappointing Getaway Weeked
Pros:

Not to much of anything, everything appeared to rundown and out dated, even though they were under renovation.

Cons:

Under construction, everything was scattered through out the lobby area, dinning area, crammed up against the elevator opening area. Our room was not renovated yet so we should have gotten the place for a lower price. IT WAS NOT MENTIONED THAT THEY WERE UNDER RENOVATION IN ANY OF THE APPS SUCH AS THIS ONE OR TRIVAGO!! Disappointing, I would have booked somewhere else. This was to be nice getaway weekend for my wife and I.

Pros:

The bathroom was very clean.

Cons:

The hotel is located next to a highway so any time a truck put its brakes on, you wake up.

The air conditioner was very moldy and did not remove any moisture from the room. It was not good at cooling the room either, just one spot by the bed

Changing to a Marriott, but Still…
Pros:

This place is currently undergoing renovations and is being converted to a Marriott, so take all of this with a grain of salt since I don’t know when the official conversion is happening. The rooms themselves are comfortable enough and reasonably clean for the price, but everything is just damp and smells a bit musty. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so things never really dry. Not terrible, but not great. Breakfast is continental with a pancake machine and 2 hot items each morning. You can make a meal out of it if you want, but it’s a bit of wasted calories since it’s all very basic. Staff are friendly and it’s conveniently located. Rooms had plenty of space for an air mattress and pack n play and it was nice to have the kitchenette, and the price was reasonable overall.

Pros:

My room was very nice. Big, a king bed, sofa, chair, small table and 2 chairs. Nice bathroom.

Cons:

Booked stay because my husband had an accident and had to stay in the hospital over night. We are not from the area. I only had my purse and my phone. We to desk in the morning to see if maybe they had a toothbrush, the woman was rude and looked at me like I had two heads. The man that checked me in the night before was very nice.

Awful
Pros:

This place is awful - our room had mold and the air conditioner was musty. The lighting and furniture is old, ripped and barely working. It is right by the highway, which does make it loud if you are a light sleeper, but that wasn't our main complaint.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is convenient

Cons:

The rooms are old, there was mold in our room. The air conditioner gives a musty smell. The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the furniture was mismatched and damaged.
Additionally, the hotel is very close to the high way, so you will hear traffic all night.
They are apparently going through renovations, but this had nothing to do with the state of our room.

For the price of this place - you are definitely better off staying somewhere else. It is too expensive to be this problematic.
