Dårligt engagement fra personalet til at forbedre faciliteterne på værelset der ikke fungerede tilfredsstillende fra opholdets start. Først efter mange klager og trussel om at forlade hotellet for at finde et hotel der kunne opfylde de mest basale ting ved et ophold, blev der gjort et forsøg to dage før opholdet slutning.

Cons:

Quite a way from the centre and in a Lime Bike dead zone. Handy for 16th. Quite shabby part of town but fine for the money.
