PAS DE CLIME / PAS DE CHOIX
Cons:

La clime ne marchait pas. J'ai été mis sur le fait accomplis en arrivant à l'Hotel et ma chambre au 4eme étage était à plus de 30°C. Pas de proposition de dédommagement, pas de re collocation sur autres chambre / hotel. Je vais depuis longtemps en cet Hotel, mais s'ils pensent traiter leur client de cette manière, je vais sans doute changer mes habitudes..

The lady in the morning rushed us to finish breakfast... With a kid it's true we take more time, but we would've appreciated to be left alone to finish our breakfast in peace.

Good location with multiple flaws
Pros:

Very good location, nice staff, quite comfortable room, nice terrace. Coffee and water available 24hrs.

Cons:

There was no AC - we knew about it and got discount but still it’s a big disadvantage. Small tv in room, great terrace however it is not taken care of, please invest in it. Breakfast not bad but very boring - no vegetables at all.

Disappointed
Pros:

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. If you like the area and are looking for a quiet neighbourhood, book another hotel nearby instead.

Cons:

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The property does not match the photos and appears to be poorly maintained. The common areas were dirty, and the room cleaning was below acceptable standards.

The air conditioning did not work, which alone is a very good reason to avoid this hotel, especially during warmer periods. As for the breakfast, I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to try it after seeing the overall condition of the place.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
