Ystävällinen ja ylellinen palvelu. Uima-allas ja poreamme ihanat . Huone oli siisti. Sänky oli kova, mutta pidän siitä!

Suihkuja uimaan mennessä olisi voinut olla useampia. Jokin lauta parvekkeella oli rikkinäinen, mutta se ei häirinnyt meitä.

Top Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, jedoch ziemlich abgewohnt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar, Restaurants, Bar, der See. Der Ausblick von der Poolterrasse sehr schön, man sieht die Burg, den See. Der Empfang und das Auschecken war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich (besonders der sehr gut deutsch sprechende Angestellte bei der Abreise), das Personal an der Pool Bar ebenso. Die Betten im Zimmer sehr gut. Der Pool und die Terrasse ein Highlight.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (712) klein, aber ausreichend. Landseitig, die Straße geht direkt am Hotel vorbei, ziemlich laut. Der Kleiderschrank für 2 Personen einfach zu klein. Auf dem Minibalkon hatte nur 1 Stuhl Platz. Den Safe im Kleiderschrank hätte man wegtragen können und hat außerdem Platz im Schrank gekostet. In der Dusche hat 1 Teil der 3-teiligen Dusch- Schiebetür gefehlt, konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden. Waschbecken und WC waren nicht richtig festgeschraubt und haben gewackelt. Die Balkontüre konnte nicht gekippt werden, war defekt. Wurde jedoch alles an der Rezeption gemeldet.

Hotellin parkkipalvelu oli hyvä ja hotellin keskeinen sijainti erinomainen alueen palvelujen käyttämiseen. Järvi 200 m päässä hotellilta. Huone oli sopiva yhden yön majoittumiseen. Kokolattiamatosta miinusta.

Kokolattiamatto on erittäin epäkätevä.

Convenient, friendly, good value
Pros:

Clean, spacious hotel, walking distance to the lake, incredible breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Minor point, but the place was overrun by cyclists on their bikes outside reception, making it difficult to take bags up to the parking deck (just shows a popular place).

Ez a szálloda már nem 4 csillagos, ahhoz felújítás és megbízható szolgáltatások kellenek.
Pros:

A környék és az elhelyezkedés pompás, közel a tó, séta távolságra van minden, ami fontos Bledben.

Cons:

A szoba nagyon szűk volt és már ráfér a felújítás. A légkondi azért nem működött, mert a terasz ajtó nem zárt rendesen. Az utca hangos volt, gyakorlatilag nem aludtunk rendesen. A szauna szombaton nem működött és a wellness-ben nem volt személyzet, akitől kérdezhettünk volna.
