Great location.
It was late May and they hadn't turned on air conditioning. It was like an oven in the room. Their solution was a portable air cooler that woke us up in the middle of the night with a loud noise.
The swimming pool is shallow - can't do laps there.
They have the gall to add a "property charge" when pretty much everything is sub-par.
E20 a day for parking!
The view from the room was amazing - direct look at the Bled lake and the castle. Room was clean, bed was relatively comfy. Interrior of the hotel itself looked nice. Parking on the territory is a good bonus.
Overall hotel room looks weary. Many tiny details show that it needs renovation. Decorative elements of bathroom equimpent fall off when you try to use shower, air conditioner is blowing the air but not cooling it, room appliances look very used and weary, TV has smart TV function but no network connection so you can't connect to YouTube. Pillows are not really comfy, one is too hard, another is too soft and thin. Breakfas was mediocre, very standard and quality of the food is not great. Overall, it makes an impression of mediocre hotel 3 starts tops. Not 4-star experience for sure.
Super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and comfortable beds. Shower was a bit broken, access to pool and hotel in general outdated.
At the room was 30 degree at the end of may.
The food was wonderful, the staff were helpful, the location is superb; and there were many great amenities and cleanliness throughout the rooms and the hotel!
MAy have been nice if the air conditioner was allowed to be on since it was close to 30 degrees some days during our stay.

A szekrény nevetséges méretű, amibe nem lehet bepakolni semmit. A szobában nincs állandó szellőzés. A klíma a szobát májusban csak 27,6 fokra tudta hűteni. Az erkély 1 m2 - nevetséges. A szobábab van egy 2 m széles TV, amin 40 szlovén csatronát lehet nézni kizárólag. A fürdőszobában nincs hova pakolni. A szomszéd szobától csak egy ajtó választott el - hangszigetelés ??? Éjszaka csak nyitott erkélyajtó mellett lehet aludni, de nincs rajta szúnyogháló.
A very typical group tourist hotel meant for corporate events. Modern look. Rooms were very small, no sitting area except a balcony with a wooden fence on top of the railing to block your view.
Bathroom was extremely small with a shower so small and hard to turn around. A handheld shower device that would not stay in a fixed position, so it kept falling down and spraying water everywhere. Towels were terrible. Bath products were disgusting in color....fixed to the wall, who knows what they were.
