We were forced to stay in a mould infested room.
We walked in and the smell of what seemed like old cigarettes was overwhelming and when we complained to staff they said there was nothing they could do as the hotel was full. They sent a cleaner up and she just sprayed febreeze on the curtains and apologised saying that’s all she could do.
Then when we went to shower the mould was all over it and staff told us we could shower in a different room but were not allowed to change our room and had to go back.
We sent an email to the hotel including photos that night and left a cleaning sign on our room but when we came back the shower had not been touched.
They didn’t move us until the last night of our stay and then when the woman came to apologise she told us they had people in to inspect it and the room wasn’t usable going forward.
They are refusing to give us any money back and it is an absolute disgrace that we were forced to stay in that room.

A szoba nagyon tiszta, minden nap takarítanak.
Éppen belefutottunk egy-két gyerekcsapatba, akik igen hangosak és kissé neveletlenek voltak, bár voltak csoportvezetőik, akik ezt nem kezelték jól. Ez persze nem a szálloda hibája, csak a vendégek ezt nem biztos, hogy jól viselik.

La piscina era affollata da ragazzi chiassosi e nessuno faceva rispettare le regole, quindi il risultato era che la piscina non era utilizzabile
Könnyen megközelíthető, majdnem tóparti elhelyezkedés. A teraszról rálátni a tóra és maga a terasz is gyönyörű. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. A vacsora fantasztikus. A parkolás könnyű rendezett A szobák jól elrendezettek, kellően nagyok
Meglepetten tapasztaltam hogy a parkolásért utólag fizetni kellett. Az ágy kényelmetlen, túl kemény. Az alsó szinten lévő szobák sajnos túl hangosak az utca zaja miatt
The location was ideal and the outside of the hotel looked great
The rooms were very dated- especially the bath room. We paid quite a bit for this stay and it definitely did not feel worth the money. There were added costs for parking and for the sauna. We used the hotel to sleep in only as it just didn’t feel clean.

Clean and staff were very friendly
From the car parking attendants meeting us outside the gates, to checking in, to every interaction with the bar, restaurant, room, we are seriously happy with our stay. An early evening aperitif on the terrace overlooking lake Bled is arguably the best location in the area. ROom was spotlessly clean, we'll be back
The range of hot food on the breakfast seemed to change every morning. Would have been great if the eggs were less greasy, and the bacon was better cooked. And ideally some more choices available. Otherwise the fruit, cold meats, bread sections were excellent thank you
Měli jsme rodinný pokoj s ložnicí + spaní pro dvě děti v obývací místnosti.Z balkónu byl nádherný výhled na jezero a hrad. Využili jsme i krásný hotelový bazén s vířivkou. Je možné z něj vyjít na travnatou terasu a objednat si něco dobrého u baru. Snídaně i večeře vynikající. Absolvovali jsme výlet elektrickou lodí na ostrov v jezeře, využili koupání na koupališti na protější straně a podnikli výšlap na bledský hrad ( zvládly ho i děti 5 a 8 let).

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Kutyával érkeztünk, és külön figyelmességként jutalomfalattal is kedveskedtek neki, ami nagyon pozitív élmény volt. A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló: a Bledi-tó és számos étterem néhány perc sétával könnyen elérhető.
Gazdaságos szobát foglaltunk, azonban a foglalás során nem volt egyértelmű, hogy ez gyakorlatilag egy padlástéri szobát jelent. A helyiségben mindössze egy kis bukóablak volt, amelynek nyitása és rögzítése egy meglehetősen kezdetleges kampós megoldással működött. A tapéta több helyen levált, valamint beázás nyomai is láthatók voltak.
A reggeli minősége csalódást okozott, több étel frissessége és minősége is kérdéses volt.
Őszintén szólva a szobában nem volt kellemes időt tölteni vagy pihenni, ezért a nap nagy részét inkább a szálláson kívül töltöttük.
További negatívum volt, hogy a 12 euró/éjszaka parkolási díjról a foglalás során nem kaptunk egyértelmű tájékoztatást. Mire minden helyszíni extra költséget összeadtunk, már olyan végösszeg jött ki, amelyért inkább egy magasabb színvonalú szállást választottunk volna.
