Nice location and staff, well renovated rooms but the bathrooms could need a renovation too.
Pros:

The location was nearly perfect, the bar and garden was nice

Cons:

One of our rooms was a 3 bed suite and one of the beds was a very hard and uncomfortable sofabed and the shower had no fixture so that you had to hold it in the hand.

Hotel téměř u jezera Bled s možností polopenze a wellness
Pros:

Výborná poloha u jezera, bazén a vířivka zdarma, sauna a squash za poplatek. Možnost parkování u hotelu. Balkon. Polopenze velmi dobrá.

Cons:

Menší pokoj.

I liked the 80’s style and ofcourse the location. Just a few steps from the lake.

Great place to stay to explore Lake Bled
Pros:

Hotel Kompass is perfectly situated to explore Bled. Parking at the hotel meant not worrying about finding a space for the car while we stayed there. Rooms are comfortable with a lounge area and bedroom and we had a balcony to sit outside if we wanted to. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the pool and garden area had a view over the lake. Walking to the lake was a short stroll where we hired bikes and found places to swim and climb to find the best views. The hotel is well situated to make the most of a stay in Bled. Our gift of jam to take home with us was a lovely touch when we checked out. Thank you. 😊

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage mit personalisierten Parkplätzen. So hat man für den Aufenthalt seinen persönlichen Parkplatz. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren funktional und sauber. Es machte alles einen freundlichen Eindruck.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer waren leider in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab ein paar Schimmelflecken. Es gab im Bad nichts zum Abstellen für eine Kosmetiktasche o.ä. Und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Durchgangstür. Obwohl wir mit unseren Kindern gereist sind, hatten wir nicht als Familie die Durchgangszimmer, sondern fremde Nachbarn. Leider fühlte man sich doch sehr eingeschränkt in seiner Privatsphäre, da man jedes Wort des Nachbarn verstanden hat. Da hätte ich mir eine bessere Organisation gewünscht.
