The adjacent room are loud and nobody cares about the noise they make even in the dead of the night!

Very poor, Selection was poor, Juice machine did not work, the selection was for a dull meal. People outside building
all night it seem. Bed Had a dimp in mattress and there was a strange smell in one section of the room.

Sex sounds can be heard all way out in hall

Most of the things was out of service and wasn't to clean and the guy from the counter said it's smoke free and when we walked in the room smelled like someone smoke 100 packs of cigarettes a day

when we got to the hotel, the parking lot was messed up with rocks an Debris, then there was a sign on the door that said it was a smoke free facility but the whole entrance of the door way smelled like weed.
Then when we went to check in, we had to wait while an employee had to find somebody to check us in, along with two other people. This hotel had one girl working the desk of two separate hotels.
When we finally got to the hotel room, everything looked ok except the toliet roll holders were broke,then later that evening we saw a roach started crawling on the wall. Thank you lord we only saw one.
The next morning we were getting dressed, so we didn't want room service just extra towels an wash cloths, yet I had to fight to get extra towels an wash cloths. They wouldn't give me extras until I gave the dirty ones first.
Other than all this it was an okay stay.

The lack of communication I didn’t stay what I booked and still convey didn’t do the cancellation even after I told them I wanted to cancel

The first room had a pest problem(roaches). The second room had a dirty bathroom floor no phone in the room. I had to continue to go to the front desk for any assistance no working amenities, such as the ice machine, the laundry room, and the pool the locks on the hotel room doors had holes in them were locks should be the breakfast offered didn’t have many choices. It shouldn’t be called QUALITY Inn. It definitely lacked that.

Lobby hot, stairs did not appear to be swept. Let alone mopped. Ice machine not working. No phone in room? The room had not been supplied with enough wash cloths/ towels/ toilet paper for my stay. My daughter was asked to go to housekeeping location to get toilet paper. Breakfast was mediocre. I was told to go to nearby Wendy’s to get ice. Online it says there’s a pool/ hot tub. But i didn’t see that either were operational.

There was bugs crawling on the floor and on the bed, the room smells like smoke. The bedding was unclean and the towels were yellow color and not white. The headboard had hand prints from previous people who stayed. People standing outside smoking at doors. The tub drained very slow.
