OK, aber nicht nochmal.
Pros:

Es waren immer genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Nähe zur LAGA in Neuss ist super.
Das Bett war gemütlich, es wurde auf Nachfrage auch ein dickeres Kopfkissen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Man hört nur wenig von den Nachbarzimmern.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ansprechend eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider war es durchgängig sehr laut im Industriegebiet, es war nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Im Sommer wird das Zimmer dann sehr warm...
Die Außenrolläden lassen sich nur manuell über die Rezeption verändern. Wenn man vergisst nachzufragen ist es abends sehr warm im Zimmer. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder Lüfter.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional.
Standardzimmer haben IMMER einen Durchvorhang (der leider unten auch dreckig war), nicht wie es die Bilder vermuten lassen auch mal Glastrennwände. Geduscht wird in der Badewanne.
Die Gläser im Badezimmer, als auch im Schlafzimmer waren leider alle dreckig und mussten vorher selber gespühlt werden.
Der Fernseher ist sehr groß, der Empfang aber leider nur in SD. Es ist damit alles stark verpixelt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr rudimentär, es gibt nur einfache TK-Aufbackbrötchen und generell wenig Auswahl (z.B: Drei verschiedene Käse mit je drei Scheiben).
Der Herr an der Rezeption wirkte sehr desinteressiert und keinerlei Gästeorientiert. Die Kolleginnen hingegen waren nett und freundlich.

Einfach Mega toll.
Pros:

Ich fand es super toll, auch das Personal so lieb und zuvorkommend. Da fühlt man sich sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Es war alles toll, nur der Eingang war erst anfangs etwas schwer zu finden (es ist hinter dem Haus).

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage - gute Anbindung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es gab viele Steckdosen.

Cons:

Leider waren wir während einer extremen Hitzewelle da und es gab keine Air Condition ..

Frühstück nicht sehr reichhaltig, kaum frische Sachen, nur 1 Brot- und 2 Brötchensorten,, fast alle Aufstriche in Plastikpäckchen
Wo kommt der 4. Stern her?? Im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank, keine Klimaanlage, sehr enger Frühstücksraum, TV läuft die ganze Zeit (wie in US-Motels)

Freundlicher Aufenthalt in guter Lage zur Altstadt Neuss
Pros:

Nach dem heißen Tag konnten wir abends noch ein kühles Bier an der Bar trinken, obwohl es schon spät - 22 Uhr - war.

Cons:

Da ist uns nichts aufgefallen.
