Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mixed: many guests report generally clean rooms, beds and bathrooms, but there are repeated mentions of dirty glasses, a soiled curtain and one report of hair in bed.
Service
9.8
Generally praised: several guests call staff friendly and accommodating (extra pillow provided, late check-in possible); isolated reports of a disinterested receptionist and slow service at times are noted but overall service is a strong point.
Location
9.5
Consistently positive: convenient for LAGA/Altstadt/rail connections and supermarket, described as a good/safe area with easy access and available parking.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed: rooms are described as large with comfortable beds and many sockets, but bathrooms are dated, TV reception is poor (SD), some rooms get very warm in heat and there is no in-room fridge.
Amenities
6
Weaker: repeatedly mentioned lack of air conditioning and no refrigerator in rooms; limited in-room amenities and small breakfast room; free parking is a positive but does not offset missing basics like AC.
Value for Money
8.3
Generally seen as good value by multiple guests, though a few question the 4-star label given the missing amenities and modest breakfast offering.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Underwhelming: breakfast described as rudimentary, limited selection (frozen/packaged rolls, few fresh options) and somewhat expensive; bar service praised in at least one late-evening instance.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall positive but mixed: many guests report a pleasant, quiet stay with friendly staff and comfortable beds, balanced by recurring negatives around lack of air conditioning, limited breakfast and some cleanliness/maintenance issues.

Ubytování splnilo naprosto vše, co očekávám na služební cestě. Hezké, čisté a pohodlné. Doporučuji.
Pros:

Velice dobrá snídaně, Když jsem řekl že chci fakturu, tak personál už měl vše připravené a nediskutoval se mnou co na ní napsat.

Cons:

Je zde trochu rušno. Přeci jen je hotel v průmyslové zóně.

Leuk hotel, mooie kamers en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Ontbijt was voldoende,
mooie propere kamers
zeer dienstig personeel
er is een super grote parking achteraan het hotel
op 10 minuten van het centum van dusseldorf

Cons:

's nachts is het hotel minder goed aangegeven
als je niet op de juiste plaats parkeert riskeer je een boete
voor de rest was alles ok
