Buena ubicación y Confort . Si regreso .
Pros:

Front Desk amable . Café muy bueno en habitación. Desayuno se ve bien. Cama muy confortable . Solo las cortinas que no se corren bien y molesta la luz del Parking por la noche.

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento por fuera al Hotel como pintura .

The room provided the sleep accommodations as planned and a place to relax after walking around.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, Food was nice and hot, Coffee was great as well. The room had a musty smell according to my wife, but she sprayed it with air freshener, and all was well. No HBO or premium channels but we were shopping and enjoying the sites to make up for it.

Cons:

More food selections like oatmeal, my wife was wanting some for breakfast, but none was available. We had to ask for hand towels, the room didn`t have any when we checked in, only two bath towels were provided so we had to use the same ones twice.

Room needs renovation. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good. Good location.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful in finding us a room that was away from the elevator. Breakfast was good. Location was within walking distance to main part of town.

Cons:

Room needs renovation. Carpet is fraying on edges. Furniture is in poor condition. Bottom of bathtub is gray from age and don't think any amount of cleaning can make it look any better.

Great location, but dirty and with an unpleasant odor.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the city’s bars and shopping centers, which is a huge positive point. You can walk there.

Cons:

This is the second time we have stayed there, but unfortunately, this time it was disappointing. The place was dirty, especially the bathroom. The smell was unpleasant as well, like cigarette smoke.

Pool closed too rude staff members and a GM that will not get back to you
Pros:

Came across two staff members that were super rude. I tried to call email and text message the manager Ben Brown, but never received a call back if you can do business elsewhere do it especially if you have a family and they’re looking forward to using the pool.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Air-conditioning worked well and pillows were great.

Cons:

The lack of handicapped room with 2 queen beds is deplorable for a company the size of comfort inn. We had asked at least for a room with a handicapped bathroom. While the shower had a bar, it was not sufficiently close to the toilet to provide adequate assistance for my sister to stand from the extremely low toilet.

Room 203 floor tiles were loose. Toilet would be better if replaced with a new more efficient one.
