Fabulous stay right in the heart of Mayfair and close to everything.
Pros:

Excellent facilities . Very well located. Housekeeping daily was brilliant. Staff were exceptionally helpful particularly Jack !

Cons:

Nothing i liked it all - oh maybe the stairs !! But good exercise anyway :)

Fantastic location, very clean and high standard of apartment.
Pros:

Excellent location. Reception staff in building were very helpful and friendly. Lovely little terrace. Quiet as triple glazed and on side street. Beautiful quality bedding and towels. Serviced daily. Very clean. Has everything you need for a great stay.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike but personal.opinion to improve would be to have more crockery, champagne glasses and mugs. A couple of additional comfy chairs in lounge would be good as there were 6 of us so we used dining chairs.

Was so central. The outside terrace was a lovely surprise given we were central London.
Pros:

Was super central and perfect for 6 of us. The staff were exceptionally nice. The left luggage facility was amazing too.

Pros:

The staff are truly amazing at No5 Maddox, followed then by the villa, which is superb finished off by the location which couldn’t be any more central. Highly recommend

One of my favourites in London. Good value, great location
Pros:

A nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Coffee machine with coffee pods. 3 types of tea. Milk. Still and sparkling water. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Lots of space. Great location.

Cons:

No lift. Settee a bit too low for comfort. Bathrobe had a cigarette burn in it.

Pros:

Had plenty of space. Beds and bedding really comfortable. Tea coffee etc and milk all available and good selection. Great central location and staff (Jack) were so helpful.

Superb stay
Pros:

The location of these suites is second to none. Directly across from Liberty’s could not be any more central. The staff are super polite and helpful. Amazing price, very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
