Pros:

The location was great and the staff was wonderful.

Cons:

I woke up one morning and had three insect bites on my hand and two on my arm. I also had one behind my ear. I did not have any insect bites before I went to bed or throughout the day.
Also, the chairs in the lobby and the seating to eat were so worn. The fabric had come apart on the chairs.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel did not offer fresh coffee in the lobby area. I enjoy this perk and wish that it was offered.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast and the service.
Pros:

Michael at the front desk and Anthony at the Calypso restaurant are amazing. Their incredible service exceeded expectations. The breakfast is so delicious and the breakfast staff are friendly, kept the tables clean and are happy to assist anyone to keep everything running smoothly. Having a private beach across the street is a welcome bonus. We rate our overall experience 5+. We will be back!

Cons:

We ate at the Calypso restaurant twice. Anthony was so attentive and his service was excellent, however, the food was not as good as the breakfast.

Would come back, wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Loved how close it was to the beach and friendly staff the free breakfast and drinks were great too

Cons:

Nothing, though I did wish they had a couple more water showers outside to wash off from the beach.

Todo me gustó,la comida,el servicio,el hotel,la comodidad,pero no me gustó el precio porque cuando yo hice la reservacion el precio era de $750 por 2 camas y 1 sofa..y hoy que dejamos el hotel cobraron de mi tarjeta $623.52....y no me avisaron que había otro cobro...y estoy molesta por eso....necesito hablar mañana a recepción para saber que pasó??...

Convenient location walking distance to the outlets, beach, and to the Surf Hut! I have stayed at many Embassy Suites
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the hotel.

Cons:

Extremely outdated does not match the photos, staffing was low, A/c in the rooms seemed to stop working in the night.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the second room we were moved to, and bed were comfortable, the staff was very accommodating. I liked the close proximity to the beach as well.

Cons:

Our first room had issues with the a/c, was not blowing cool air. And the "water view " was not a real view. It was only a peek at the water between the trees.

Pros:

I haven’t been in at the hotel before so I chose it again for the location and the cleanliness of the room

Cons:

First, the staff has been changed; there was a young lady who was very rude and unwilling to help customers, making multiple mistakes. She charged my credit card for the entire stay, totaling $1600.60. And when I called her to fix the problem, she said she was not able to do anything, and I had to speak to the manager. In the morning, I went to the front desk and asked for the manager. There was a gentleman there who helped me, and he said it’s an easy fix and we don’t need the manager's report, and he knew what she did. She charged me on the card instead of the third-party, which is cooking.com.
Second, the hotel is outdated and definitely in need of renovation. The power went out due to some rain and we spent an hour in pitch black, the hotel didn’t even have a generator to light the hallways😏

Pros:

Terrible from the moment that we arrived, their systems were down and could not check in for hours. We’re called and told our room it was ready arrived and In fact was not ready. Hotel is in desperate need of renovations dirty worn down flies at breakfast we woke up in the morning to the AC of the hotel being out which we decided then we were checking out. Would never stay at this location again!!!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

Service desk not being helpful in the afternoon to evening some nights. The phone would ring and ring but we’d go down to the desk and the worker just was not answering the phone. Frustrating when it could’ve been resolved over the phone.
