My stay wasn’t horrible but for the money I paid it could have been much better!

Location and access to beach.

Cons:

The property was old and ran down. The furniture on the outside and in the lobby and restaurant area needs to be replaced. It was raggedy, dirty, and outdated. I couldn’t believe a Hilton property would have such ran down and old furniture in its hotel. I wouldn’t even send that furniture to Goodwill that’s how bad it was. I wish I had of taken photos of the bar area and buffet area furniture and outside furniture. It was disgusting.

Cons:

The shower leaked a little…but excellent water pressure.
The hook on the bathroom door was about to come off. I couldn’t hang up my pjs.
The bar closed too early.
Some flies around the breakfast food.
Check in every 3 days… we were on vacation! We are old folks just wanted to enjoy by ourselves with no interruptions from staff except when we needed to replenish towel, etc.
Should have a discount for seniors.

It’s a very expensive hotel for what they offer.

Cons:

First of all, the AC was broken, it wasn’t cooling properly, then at 1am they brought in a fan. The tub was broken and the doorhandle was also broken.

I regret staying here and paying the money I did.
Pros:

Terribly dirty, Human feces on the 2nd floor near rooms 215-18. Garbage over flowing. Dinning tables so sticky your arms stuck to them. Seats have worn out cushions.

Móveis antigos e desgastados! Muito mal cuidado!
