Todo me gustó,la comida,el servicio,el hotel,la comodidad,pero no me gustó el precio porque cuando yo hice la reservacion el precio era de $750 por 2 camas y 1 sofa..y hoy que dejamos el hotel cobraron de mi tarjeta $623.52....y no me avisaron que había otro cobro...y estoy molesta por eso....necesito hablar mañana a recepción para saber que pasó??...

The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the hotel.

The breakfast was good, the second room we were moved to, and bed were comfortable, the staff was very accommodating. I liked the close proximity to the beach as well.

I haven’t been in at the hotel before so I chose it again for the location and the cleanliness of the room

Terrible from the moment that we arrived, their systems were down and could not check in for hours. We’re called and told our room it was ready arrived and In fact was not ready. Hotel is in desperate need of renovations dirty worn down flies at breakfast we woke up in the morning to the AC of the hotel being out which we decided then we were checking out. Would never stay at this location again!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel, especially considering how expensive our stay was. The property is clearly in desperate need of maintenance and renovation.

Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. The AC was not working properly, and we were moved to different rooms twice because of the problem. After all of that inconvenience, instead of having someone properly fix the AC, we were given a small fan that was full of dust. This was completely unacceptable, especially in the Florida heat.

Unfortunately, the AC was only one of many problems. The room and hotel showed obvious signs of poor maintenance. The bathroom door was badly damaged and peeling, with what looked like a poorly repaired patch in the middle. The bedroom curtain was ripped in multiple places, the bathtub area had visible staining and signs of wear, and the bathroom fixtures were not properly maintained. The air vent was absolutely filthy and covered in thick dust buildup, which was especially concerning considering we were already having problems with the air conditioning. Even the towel bar had visible rust and damage.

These are not small cosmetic issues. When you are paying for an expensive hotel stay, you expect a room that is clean, comfortable, functional, and properly maintained. Instead, we spent part of our trip dealing with room changes, a broken AC, and unacceptable room conditions.

The one positive part of our experience was the front-desk staff. Cecile was very kind, polite, and provided good customer service. I truly appreciate her attitude and the effort she did to help us. My frustration is not with the front-desk employees, but with the overall condition and maintenance of the property.

This stay was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. The photos speak for themselves. Management needs to seriously address the maintenance, cleanliness, and condition of the rooms. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.
