Location was very clean and the staff was great!

The elevator was not really working.
The staff
Broken box springs, rain water coming into the room and room smelled of mold. Broken door sill on side entrance leaving guess vulnerable to anybody entering the building possible robbery or worse. What irks me the most is the elevator did not work. I have a disability and had to climb stairs due to the elevator, not working because the only room available for me to switch from the smelly wet room was upstairs. This makes the best western of Brockport not ADA compliable. Place is extremely understaffed. I feel so sorry for that crew there they were extremely pleasant kind but you could see that they are very overworked.

Breakfast had so many options it was easy to dedicate certain items to each breakfast I went to during my stay! The staff were nice. Furniture and bed was comfortable!

Breakfast breads were moldy. The AC was too noisy. The elevator was broken so everyone were taking the staris and our room was the first door by it
It was close to town and still peaceful
Front desk staff was nice, room was decently clean (exemption being the bathroom)
Mold on ceiling tiles in bathroom. No towels or washcloths in bathroom (there were around 5 small hand towels and that was all) Pump hand soap was empty in bathroom. No toiletries provided in the bathroom (small soap square etc). Elevator was out of order. Very loud AC unit and refrigerator in room.
