Location, staff, beds

Cons:

Bathroom floor needed to be swept and mopped better. Toilet seat was loose making it difficult to not fall off. No tea bags for breakfast.

Pros:

Even though the location was close to the zoo, we still felt uncomfortable with the surrounding area.

Cons:

we were very uncomfortable with the surrounding area. There were homeless people on every corner, a man walking around in a stupor acting really out of his mind. The area did not feel safe and we did not feel safe, even in our room. Also, did not like that they took a deposit out of our account to hold for damage/smoking policies. I was assured it would not be charged to my account, but still did not like this practice. I was not given a receipt so really don't know what final bill was. Also, getting in and out of the drive way was very hard. Could not see oncoming traffic. I would not recommend this area to stay in, but the hotel itself inside was ok.

There WiFi wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch TV when we called down they just said. Sorry it’s down

The room was dirty.
Cons:

The floor in the room was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled of mildew and the AC unit leaked causing some of my things to get soaking wet.

The property was literally so close to my destination

I almost got accused of something that I definitely didn't do but the managers worked it out and made me want to come back so all is good
