Cons:

Lit tres inconfortable (bosses et trous),oreillers désagréables.
Hôtel très bruyant :pas d’amortisseur de fermeture de portes,donc claquements de portes,j’entendais les bruits et voix des chambres adjacentes.conversations dans les couloirs en pleine nuit.
Lors du Check out,il ne m’a pas été demandé comment s’est passé mon séjour…peut-être parce qu’ils connaissent tous ces désagréments.
Un séjour désagréable pour 612 dollars la nuit.
Cet hôtel n’est absolument pas à la hauteur de son ancienne réputation.
Je pense même à l’avenir éviter les hôtels de cette chaîne

Stay away if you have family. Don’t think this location will offer similar experience to any Fairmont hotel in the world

Cons:

Rooms were not ready on time. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Some are very kind and nice.
Room is too small and old and not worth the money that we spent. This hotel is worth 1 star rating. I will never book room at the same location. Even if they willing to offer free room.
Shower rooms at swimming pool has broken floor tiles. Broken faucet. Not clean properly.
