Nice Hotel
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Great location near to Old Town. Excellent swimming pool area.

Cons:

Completely understand but a little disappointed that we weren't allowed a little peek inside John & Yoko's room. It was just a flat 'No'. Also, a little impersonal and conference-centre-ish.

It was a great location, and our stay was really nice.
Pros:

While the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Staff cleaned the room every day and were very friendly. The front desk staff were helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

While the location was stellar, the price was somewhat expensive.

Great location. A good hotel but not special.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and has some good facilities.

Cons:

Although it is a good hotel it didn’t feel like a Fairmont. It’s just too big to feel special. The bar on the third floor terrace was not good. Music too loud and indifferent service. Also, not open on a Sunday or Monday! The gym is well equipped and the rooms are comfortable.It’s a clean hotel but I was expecting something like the Fairmont in DC, which is excellent.

Pas à la hauteur de Fairmont
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Odeur de moisi dans la chambre provenant probablement du tapis dont la propreté était douteuse. Salle de bain très petite. Accueil froid à la réception. C’est la seconde fois que je retrouve cette odeur de moisi dans une chambre de cet établissement. On entend au 5eme la musique des salles de réception plus bas.

Worse stay in Montreal,ever
Pros:

This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed in Montreal and can not believe how terrible everything was, the housekeeper walked in on us while we were sleeping at 8 in the morning, there was no fridge in the room except the one stocked with there drinks that were way overpriced and we were not allowed to put our own drinks in it, room was extremely small with no view at all. When the valet when you get our car the alarm had been going off all night and battery was dead. Room was not ready til 4:30 and then after waiting another half hour for the elevator our keys didn’t work so another half hour til that was sorted out. All this for 700 a night

Good location!
Pros:

Amazing location.

Cons:

Always stay at the fairmont when we come - but this time the Elevators down all weekend on one of the busiest weekends of the year… escalators also down… felt a little chaotic!
