Exceptional for an enforced 3 day stay due to flight cancellation.
Pros:

Location excellent, staff couldn’t do enough for you and went above and beyond, food good although on the high side, facilities were everything you could ask for. Nothing negative to say. Exceptional stay.

Cons:

Food and drinks, especially mini bar very expensive.

Loved our stay!!
Pros:

The property is beautiful. The location is right by the water. We had a corner room with great views out of two huge windows. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had lots of space and soft, fluffy towels. The staff were very attentive. We would stay at the Waterfront again.

Great location. Lovely views across the harbour.

Once we changed room we loved it.
Bell services took care of our luggage from our room to our cruise ship.

Cons:

We were allocated a room that was dated and did not match the photos on booking.com. We asked to change room and this was accommodated.

Pros:

Location was fantastic

Cons:

My daughter had a very bad reaction to the chemicals used in the pool and her feet were cut very badly on the bottoms. When I told the front desk at checkout they didn’t care at all.
