Excellent location! Close to everything.
Pros:

Large clean room with excellent facilities. Location right at Canada Place waterfront was so convenient.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent waterfront location.
Pros:

Extremely comfortable and very well located on the waterfront. Good facilities including outdoor pool terrace.Very easy to reach the Harbour air seaplane terminal for our flight to Victoria.

Cons:

It’s a bit impersonal as would be expected of a large hotel surrounded by other large hotels on the waterfront. Dining there did not appeal much but there is an excellent restaurant, Rileys steak & seafood just along the street we would recommend.

Remote control and light button was not working. Customer communication was not there to say bottled waters are chargeable.

A lovely place to stay!
Pros:

Location and staff. Couldn’t ask for a better location to get on a cruise (across the street from the dock). Staff were very helpful.

Location, Location
Pros:

Fantastic location right across from the cruise dock, making it incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of things to do nearby, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are newly renovated and spotless. There was a slight paint smell, but that’s understandable with recent updates. The staff were very helpful and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, a great stay—just on the pricier side.
