Top Hotel overlooking Vancouver

Great hotel with very accommodating staff we will be visiting again !
Pros:

Felt as if I wasn’t just a number as we were always addressed by name ! Highly recommend the gold floor they went over and above expectations with not only the room but the staff booked us a restaurant off the property and had an appetizer sent to us and also let my take some muffins to go the morning glory muffins are the best 🤗! Also the property worked out well to attend a concert with the train station across the rd and only two stops to arrive to either the Rodger’s place or bc stadium !

Cons:

Lines up for restaurant can be busy due to people coming and going from Cruise ships ! We never waited more than 15 mins though so I suggest just calling down ahead of time !

Location!

Cons:

Overall was great stay and would stay again.
A few complaints for the price:
-could hear entire conversations from room next door. No sound proofing..thankfully we had nice neighbours!
-elevator wait times can get bad
-pool and pool area needs upgrade, way too small for the hotel size. A bit shocked a hotel of this calibre doesn’t have an indoor pool area as well
