Комфорт номера и отеля создавал условия, из которых не хотелось уезжать!
Pros:

Проживали в номере «башня», вид из окон был великолепен и романтичен! Атмосфера в отеле царила вниманием персонала, дружелюбием и профессионализмом. Также расположение отеля было идеальным как для прогулок с ребенком, так и для активного культурного досуга для взрослых.

A great reason to go to Madrid !!

The hotel is just lovely. I Love the location I had a prado suite which I LOVED! The real standout here is the people. I’m not sure I can remember a hotel with service like this. The concierge PERFECT. Jesus, gracias !! The restaurant staff. Mariana y Miguel. Amazing. You feel like you are living at the hotel after one day. Today I called room service, the gentleman answered with ; “ are you ready for your coffee senor…”. Yes I ordered coffee every day. The garden. Beautiful. Bravo !

认知中的文华东方丽茲应该不是这样的。
Pros:

餐厅的服务人员素质高，住两天，第二天能记住我们喜欢什么咖啡，甚至记住了鸡蛋几分熟。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Cons:

我们订的是双床间，入住时大概下午五点多，床还没准备好。现从一个king 床变成两个单人床。
Check out 时，前台竟然不愿意给我打印收据🙄。
