Pure Luxury.
Pros:

A stunning, bright and beautiful hotel. Our room was gorgeous with a huge elegant bathroom. Bed was so comfortable. Had delicious cakes in the lobby bar. Wish we could have stayed longer. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly.

Café da manhã excelente, localização perfeita, hotel super clássico e elegante, equipe atenciosa.

Cons:

O sistema de abertura da porta dos quartos é muito antiquado e pouco prático; Wi-Fi não é bom; um recepcionista local foi antipatico ao dizer que torcia contra a seleção da Espanha por ser ele catalão, mesmo sabendo que sou espanhol. Deveria guardar as preferências políticas para ele durante o trabalho.

Hotel packed with personality, superb service and great dining options. A must stay place when visiting.
Pros:

Simply The Best Hotel in Barcelona - we’ve visited Barcelona on several occasions but this was our first time at El Palace (formerly the Ritz) - it’s lost none of it grandeur and boasts some wonderful period rooms such as the grand hall , the breakfast garden, the rooftop restaurant etc. The rooms are spacious, with excellent bathrooms but what really makes this place special also is its staff as nothing is too much. A special thanks to Ana at front desk for her assistance upon check out. On a separate point the location is also perfect for walks, shopping and main visit sites.
A must stay place when visiting.

Recommend Barcelona stay
Pros:

Large rooms, great view of the streets of Barcelona, the theme of the hotel is historical and beautiful . The room key is a treasure on its own.

Cons:

The breakfast isn’t what I expected. A bit average compared to everything else on the hotel
