Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff was so accommodating from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. There was always someone available to help, the breakfast was incredible in a beautiful space, there are amenities on site and a variety of bars and restaurants. The rooms are stunning, well appointed, and spacious. The location is perfect and walkable to so many things. The entire place is beautiful and well maintained.

Top Class Hotel
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel El Palace Barcelona was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after.

The concierge team were incredibly helpful, recommending some fantastic local tapas restaurants that allowed us to experience the very best of Barcelona’s food scene. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wonderful selection of high-quality dishes served in beautiful surroundings.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the rooftop pool and terrace. We spent many relaxing afternoons there enjoying the sunshine, accompanied by first-class service from the attentive and professional staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The hotel combines timeless elegance with outstanding hospitality, making it one of the finest places we have ever stayed. We created some wonderful family memories during our visit and are already looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

A Historical Gem but needing a modern day polish
Pros:

Great historical hotel in a convenient location. Professional staff providing good service. Room was nice but parts of it showed its age. The electric sockets were wobbly and did not work well with adapters. WIFI was unstable and did not work sometimes. Felt that the rooms need a modern uplift.

The WIFI and the lack of modern day USB sockets in convenient locations in the room.

Impecable Experience!
Pros:

I have travelled intensely to Barcelona for the past 5 years and stayed at all the five hotels in town .
This is by far the absolute best!
The management team is capable to offer the excellent experience that we guests deserve!
A team that speaks other languages but spanish, professionalism, and a friendliness that feels so very natural.

The perfect hotel!
Pros:

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at! I love history, opulence and professionalism and the El Palace knocked it out of the park on all three. The location is great, too!
