Quarto não estava devidamente limpo e sem toalhas banho para todos os hospedes.
Ar condicionado com muito barulho
Café da manhã muito ruim.
Cobram U$ 50,00 para late check out. alteração das 11:00pm para as 12:00. Sendo que hotel tinha disponível quartos.

Pros:

My family and I, loved this Hotel. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom shower was great. Everything was clean to our standards. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

There is no FREEA PARKING. you pay $60 a day to park at the hotel. So thats very inconvenient and expensive.

Great hotel with a perfect location and wonderful staff, but the parking fee is a bit too high.
Pros:

Everything was just amazing! The location is absolutely perfect very convenient for getting around to all the main spots. The staff is wonderful, super friendly, and always ready to help. Also, the breakfast was delicious every morning with a great variety of options.

Cons:

The parking is paid and costs $68 per night. We didn't notice this when booking and assumed it would be free for hotel guests, like in many other places, so the price was an unpleasant surprise.
