Good location and good sized rooms
Pros:

Great location and good sized rooms for family with living rooom suite

Cons:

Despite asking for sofa bed to be done up before arriving not done and then just came and dumped the bedding. Without making it.

We had so much fun in DC because of the staff and Homewood Suites!!!
Pros:

It was so clean that it was immaculate!!! Thank you, Cathy!!! The young ladies at the front desk (Briona, Kyria)were so sweet and helpful. They knew the answers to all my questions!!!

Cons:

I wish breakfast could be extended an hour to 10:00am. We could never make it by 9:00am.

Pros:

The breakfast room was nice and spacious. The food served was what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. The welcome dinner and cocktails served on Wednesday night were delicious and a wonderful treat especially after traveling all day. Our room and sleeping accommodations were clean and perfect for a party of 4. The kitchen and full size fridge were wonderful.

Cons:

There was not anything I was disappointed in during the stay. If there was anything that I thought was a little silly it was the parking fee at the hotel.

We had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

It was clean and tidy. Rooms were nice and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. It was close to bus stops and was within walking distance to many places and shops.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit outdated. The air conditioner in our room was very loud and woke us up a few times each night when it went on or off. The fridge was also very loud.

All in all in was good. No issues.
Pros:

We did like that we were able to have adjoining rooms. The employees were all very nice. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. We definitely missed pancakes and/or waffles.

Cons:

Didn't like that it did not have a pool. Was farther away from all the festivities, museums, etc. and also missed the pancakes and waffles as I mentioned above. Took three days for anyone to come and see about the air conditioning that was not cooling as it should.

Pros:

The location was convenient, walking distance to the National Geographic Museum and short ride to National Mall. Cost was reasonable for a suites hotel.

Cons:

We specifically chose this hotel to have a 2-bed suite as we had 5 people. When we arrived the front desk staff said they only had 1 room with a King bed. She seemed unaffected by the fact that there were not enough beds for everyone in our party. We had no other options for lodging. She was not open to problem solving when I suggested moving smaller parties into our room instead. When I insisted to speak to the manager, he was immediately helpful and found a solution. I would not stay again.

Great experience loved our stay.
Pros:

Our room was ready around 1 PM, so we had early check-in, spacious room and kitchenette, friendly staff, good breakfast. Coffee is available throughout the day. Wednesday dinner and happy hour were also a very pleasant compliment.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
