Bad experience, don't book. 4 starts hotel, feels like 1 star

Cons:

Everything. Old, rooms smelled of mold; we had to change 3 rooms. In the end, we ended in a suite, with broken doors at the kitchen cabinets; the only good thing was the staff.

Muchas gracias por la atención recibida. Excelente el hotel, las habitaciones muy cómodas, me encantaron las almohadas, el bufet que ofrecen en el desayuno y la cena fue muy variado y delicioso, muy buenas preparaciones. LA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE EXCELENTE, nos ayudaron a ubicarnos en la ciudad. MUY REOCMENDADO. La ubicación esta muy cerca de la estación Iglesia del Carmen del metro de la ciudad.

Cons:

El olor de las basuras del primer piso llegaba hasta la piscina. La puerta de los baños era un poco dificil de abrir.
